Came at the same time I always do after work night shift. Showed up today 5/20/22 around 5:20am and saw a girl in the front dining area sitting swinging her feet and what looked like her on the phone. I was then told they were closed at the drive thru, I’ve never had this issue until this morning. As I drove past the drive thru window there was another lady laughing as I drove by. Not sure what the issue here was but it definitely didn’t seem closed to me. What gives?
Service was great they spoke my language food
There was one employee that worked there at 5 am, alone. Poor guy. I don’t know his name but he went above and beyond making my food. I originally ordered a shake on the App after a long 12 clinical (RT student) and was craving something sweet. Shake machine doesn’t open till the afternoon. Ok, who cares. I’ll cut my diabetic losses. Though maybe your app needs to be fixed, Jack. Any who, this single employee apologize and said He would make anything on the menu for me (with in reason, he’s not handing out free food) and so I ordered a cluck sandwich instead of the Oreo shake. It was hot and delish. He was a true gentleman. But it got me thinking, even if he wasn’t, he deserves a living wage or even better for work alone at a fast food chain that’s 24 hours across from a busy hospital. Also, the cars were lining up. Give him a raise, Jack. You can afford it, you tyrannical ping pong headed clown.
I asked for a jack burger. I didn't want any sauce. Just lettuce ? and pickles. I get up to pay they were confused already if i wanted meat on my burger yes. Just no sauce. I get home i have all that but no bun really no sauce that was it
Are you kidding me!!! This place is a landmark, totally love it. Tacos, especially.
We went in the morning and the food was ok but their bathrooms were dirty with trash, dirty women femone products and rubber gloves on the floor. No toilet paper or toilet seat covers, no hand soap or hand sanitizer and smelled like sewer, floors were filthy and very unsanitary and not properly sanitized to cdc protocols. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been clean for while like the trash had been there for day.
Waited in drive through for almost 20 mins only 3 cars got home order was wrong no sauces went back there was no cars asked for my order to be redone wanted me to go back around bthe drive through after I already waited for 20 mins and had to come back got the drive through window shut in my face by the over weight guy with bleached hair trying to fight me thinking hes tuff (smack the jumbo jacks out you) been coming bfor years new workers suck usually foods great with great service
Came Christmas Day around 1130 the food was fresh and delicious , DT girl was really nice . Thank you !
no matter what time I go the fries are always cold!
This place was empty when I got there. This hamburgers did not have flavor,and the prices are so high, the fries were little skinny pieces dry and overcooked. That why no one go there and I will never go there again.
