This place has excellent and great service also the food is amazing got my food fast
I placed a mobile order at 1:35PM. It said it would be done by 1:41PM. It was 1:46, thought I would go in and see what was going on. I spoke to a lady guy with glasses and a little red head girl and was told that they were waiting for my burrito. Okay, so I went back to curbside because that’s what I ordered. It was 1:58, other cars had gone by and nothing. I go back in and the guy in the glasses said, oh! Her food. At this point I’m upset because I have to go back to work. I quickly told them to give me my money back because I have to go back to work. The response I got was, well your food is ready. If my food was already, why not bring it to me? So I talked to the manager, who was beyond condescending, refunded my money and told me, well sometimes we’re busy. No apology, nothing. I asked her for corporates number she told me it’s on the receipt. How would I have a receipt if I never got my food. This place is run by a rude, unprofessional, woman. Not surprised why her staff feels some entitlement to be disrespectful.

What else can you expect from El Pollo Loco? They have good chicken with okay side orders. Service is not stellar but you know what to expect. After not eating EPL for close to a year, it was good to taste it once more. There are none in Texas!
I love el pollo loco as a whole but this location in particular is not it. My order has been wrong on several occasions and the people at the drive thru window barely say a word to me. I’m not trying to make a life-long connection with the people working there but a simple acknowledgment of my existence would be appreciated. ??Also they didn’t put the lid all the way on my salad dressing (i didn’t order a salad) so when I got home it had spilled all over the inside of the bag ?)
I love the double chicken nachos because of the white cheese. But the chicken was kind of dry. I complained about it and second time the chicken was good and moist..at night the drive thru is crowded.

The workers in the Drive-Thru window were very nice and on top of things
Just ordered the new double chicken nachos and it barely had any cheese or beans. I called this location and they acted like I was wrong for calling to complain. I didn't want a free meal all I wanted was to let them know that they gave me a bunch of chips. Bad customer service
Chicken was fresh tortillas were hot and salsa was on point, better then alot of other El Pollo Locos I've been to
