Not doing delivery at 7pm. With only a 3.9, you think the manager would fix this. I heard her in the BG stating they weren't doing deliveries after I told the gentleman I was on the call with that I was at Motel 6. Edit. Made the mistake of going to the same domino's, accidentally, Drove to get my thin crust at Domino's Pizza and my order wasn't even in the oven yet. Waiting in my car for 25 minutes. They are NOT busy and I have to wait in my car outside (it's hot!).
If you pay with card check your bank statements. Delivery drivers adding tips. Manager was rude and had an attitude because I called to report the incident and he wasn't present the day of. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS. IT'S A FRANCHISE SO THEY'RE PRIVATELY OWNED
Very difficult to order and the promo code is not being accepted “maybe that’s why I never eat at any dominos the worst service!!!
Pizza rarely comes out correct.however customer service is great.
Came in for my order and was immediately greeted with rude service by Robert , asked for his name he started giving me bad looks, if I knew the service was gonna be trash I would’ve just went to Pizza Hut
What a waste of time, horrible customer service, my order was taken, I gave them the address, paid and confirmed delivery time.After 50 min we called to find out where our order was, the response was, “we don’t deliver in your area, Colton.”I asked to speak to management, it was management who took the order and never bothered to call me back, “WOW.” HORRIBLE !!!!!!!
Worst dominos i have ever even heard of. The food is terrible. No online delivery. Employees are incredibly rude and obviously they hate this place as much as i do. Sometimes they don’t have delivery at all.Just get carry out from the redlands blvd location or go to a competiton.
terrible place ! not recommended at all. service is the worst. we ordered our pizza 10 in the morning for deli every till be out at 6 pm. the pizza never even came. the lady on the phone refused to give us her name while we were constantly calling to get an update. i don’t understand why she would be the customer service lady if she is unable to even give an update. and they had the audacity to ask us if we can go pick the pizza up. i had a horrible experience and never am i ever going to come to this place again.
Worst experience ever!!! Wife placed order. Half pepperoni and half jalapeño on the first large pizza and the second was a hawaiian pizza. As I sat waiting for the pizza I witnessed an employee yelling and cursing about unfair treatment and walked out on her shift. After 40 mins I walked up and asked for my order. It turns out it had been on the pick up rack without them notifying me. Horrible customer service. Will never come back to this location. Oh yeah, the Dominoes closest to me, Grand Terrace. I tried calling and placing and order and they told me they weren't accepting orders and hung up on me. I'll just stick to little ceasers.
