On 2/3/22, We ordered 50 pieces of wings and other food for $70. They packed it in a bag and taped it up. We were advised not to break the seal. We trusted that they had the count correct. The time we got home, the kids had opened the box and began eating the wings and fries. While the kids were eating, we started to notice there were only 2 boxes that had chicken wings. There's typically 4 boxes of chicken wing for 50 peices. There's no way 50 chicken wings fit in two boxes. We called the Wing Stop on Herndon/Sunnyside and advised them of the issue. The assistant manager, Mari (if I remember her name correctly) continued to interrupt me and told me to let her speak, so I let her. She accused me of lying and just a way for me to get more chicken wings. After she was done talking, I explained to her any reasonable person would believe There's no way 50 chicken wings can fit in 2 boxes. She interrupted me again, called me a liar, and told me I was being rude to her. I told her I would just like a refund for the missing chicken wings. Mari advised we were not able to get a refund and to just fill out a survey of our experience. I requested to speak to the manager. Mari stated she was the manager. I was a regular customer and know for a fact Mari was not the head manager and was most likely an assisting manager. I asked for the manager again. Mari hung up on us.I called the restaurant again and was able to speak to the head Manager Madison. I advised her of the phone conversation with Mari and the missing boxes of chicken. Madison was polite the entire time and advised we were able to get a refund for the missing chicken. I advised I would be at the location in 16 minutes. When we arrived, Clovis PD was at the location and watched us the entire time. It's safe to bet Mari or one of the employees had contacted the police on us. We entered Wing Stop and spoke to Madison. She was polite the entire time and was able to give us the refund of the missing chicken wings after showing her photos of the order we received. Madison agreed that there's no way 50 pieces would fit in 2 boxes. I asked if Mari worked here. Madison advised she was only a temporary assistant manager at this location and works at a different Wing Stop. I advised Madison I'll be putting in a good word for her but I will be contacting the district manager and filing a complaint against Mari. As soon as we left the restaurant, Clovis PD left. Conclusion: I couldn't believe they would call us a liar just to get more food, tell me I'm being rude but talked over us multiple times, then call Clovis PD on us. I'm glad Madison was polite the entire time and agreed that 50 chicken wings cannot fit in 2 boxes. A good word will be put for Madison. A complaint to the district manager will be made about Mari's false accusations, not allowing me to speak to the head manager, lying that she was the head manager, then happen to see Clovis PD near Wing Stop and just so happened to leave when he saw us leave the restaurant. Unfortunately, I will no longer be ordering food from this location. It's not the missing chicken that matters anymore. It's all the unnecessary drama Mari had caused.
I’m not sure if the check out lady was having a bad day or what but she was pretty rude to my family and I. I don’t expect a lot when going to pick up food but I definitely didn’t expect an attitude for ordering food. I’m sorry for bothering you? Please don’t spit in my food?? Jeez.
Food is trash waited forever for fries that were covered in a mountain of salt and sugar, and wings that tasted like eating pure salt and super oily
Me and the wife had wings on our mind so we placed a online order and we’re excited to get our eat on when we went to pick up the order we got in the car to make sure it was right the food was barely cook the fry’s Were raw so I went back in to ask them if they can replace the fries at least the lady with all the tattoos at the front counter seem to be busy so I told her I would wait then she mumbled something and I asked her what was that she continue to be rude just for that alone I lost my appetite am I craving for wings as well as my wife I just asked for a refund back I don’t see what the problem was we were the only two in the store waiting for our food at the time we will not be going back to that Wingstop on Herndon in Clovis due to the poor customer service and rudeness Buffalo wild wings here we come
The store was smelling like socks and sweat. The food is just ok and the staff needs to be more friendly and respectful. The prices of the wings are not good and the vibe is not good at all. The management need to improve the interior of the store and make sure the store does not smell like socks and sweat. Very bad experience.
I was able to speak with the GM she was great and was able to help me and explain what was going on. She really does care about the customers. Thank you
Terrible service and Terrible food. My wife and I walked in and the girl at the counter was on her personal phone, didn't greet us or anything. She took her time to finish her call, then took our order. We waited forever for fries that were covered in a mountain of salt and sugar, and wings that tasted like eating pure salt.
I’m sorry, but I love wingstop. But they disappointed me the last 4 times I been there. Food is cold and the size of the wings were dramatically small. My thumbs were bigger then the wings. They also repeatedly forgot my fries. I’m sorry wingstop but you guys are going downhill.
Placed an online order for pick up at a specific time for a specific reason got there couldn't find the order and when they did it was cold and incomplete. Wouldn't work with me only excuses. I'm over this establishment NEVER EAT HERE
Every single time that I've ordered from here they get it wrong. I've Doordash'd it, I've Urbereat's it, and picked it up dozens of times, and yet it's wrong! How hard can it be to look at a order and fill it? I've just returned from having to return to get the missing parts of my order, I'm so upset about how I was treated, the shift manger didn't care less, the (evening?) manager was worse. I LITERALLY had to ask the 6 workers 5 times who the store manager was, finally 1 young lady took pity on me and said the name "Jeff" quietly, like she was scared too say anything in front of her co- workers. Jeff...Never again will I give this store my business.
