Our go to fine dining restaurant in the Fresno/Clovis area. They have the best wine list in the area and there is not really a second place.The menu is seasonal and changes quite frequently. It is tough to pass up the cheese/charcuterie board as they make all their meats in house. It is fun to try one of the many new pasta dishes (they rival Annex) and have much more variety. Their dry aged beef alone would make them the best steakhouse in town and the rest of the meat dishes are just as good.The service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and gets to know you personally. They remember your preferences and make suggestions based on what you liked.
Had dinner there on Saturday.I ordered a chicken entree and the chicken came out raw in the middle.Similarly, my spouse ordered their steak medium and it came out extremely rare.
The Calabrese focaccia, risotto, and Flannery coulotte steak were spectacular! The Mahi-Mahi was too salty for me and the Conchiglie shrimp had way too much pesto. It just overtook the dish. But overall, it was a good place.

Very disappointed. Pasta had a poorly balanced taste and was sweet. My husband left most of it. It made him nauseated. My dinner was served cold and it was the steak so it was returned. When it was served the second time it had been microwaved and was very salty and then the meat was over cooked. A very poor quality expensive meal.
Overrated, pasta is average at best. Guincala (spelling) was fatty and not cooked actually had to spit it out. Pasta cacio e pepe...needs to be served immediately, it cannot sit
The food was well presentedwith many new Innovations. My wife and I enjoyed our 1st truly good dinner since 2019. The ambience was was quiet soothing soothing and the service was excellent.
