As usual, the food was good. However, the main reason I go to Tokyo Steakhouse is because of their Teppanyaki Chef "Chance"... every time I go there I'm hoping that "Chance" is my chef. Everything is always cooked to perfection! Wish that I could make a reservation and know that he was going to might be my Chef but they don't allow that☹.
The food was delicious, but it was really dirty in their. We were part of the the first few families dining after their lunch break and I was really surprised at the lack of cleanliness. We stayed because my son really wanted to eat here and we brought him as a Valentine treat, but I don’t think we’ll be back anytime soon. Keep up the fantastic work on the food, but definitely need training in upkeep especially dealing with food.

Took my mom here. We had alot of fun and food was delicious. Chef was entertaining and we had some good laughs. If call ahead and make reservation then alot easier to be seated.
Waited a little whlie,but they were busy- a good sign. We made it in time for lunch. Sat at a table. Lunch comes with choices of wonton soup or salad with a sweet balsamic dressing. Got a bento box (boat)Several meat choices: ribeye, chicken, vegetarian, or Salmon. Food was good.tge side sauces are excellent.
I am literally sitting at the restaurant while writing this review. I have been to many different tappenyaki restaurants like Benihana's, Shakura Chiya just to name a few and I have to say by far Tokyo Steakhouse in fresno is by far the worst1. We were told we would be seated by 5:30 and we weren't seated until 5:382. The waitress was rude as hell , she was much worried about the Mexican family needs and wants then ours and when it came time to taking our order she had an attitude .3. She brought out 7 soups and eneded up giving the party at our table our extra soup, and then the waitress caught an attitude when we brought it to her attention. She didn't even apologize.4. The cook was slightly better until he didn't even want to ask if we wanted Teriyaki sauce or not.We are still here watching our food get cooked because this was our date night and don't want to leave. But people just because we are black doesn't mean we don't tip well, and maybe that is what they thought . But come on...u get tipped based on your CUSTOMER SERVICE! not just for showing up to work.

Got Food poisoning last night had reservations at 7. 20 minutes after leaving immediate pain and cramps. Barfed everything I ate there. This is my last time here. I thought it wasn't right when the chefs fork was touching the chicken and shrimp at the same time. ?????
