The food is delicious and savory. Sitting down to eat was a mistake. All the tables had food residue on them and the floors had not been swept of dropped fries and crumbs. I asked politely for a guy to come wipe down the tables and he acknowledged me that he would, but when he did, he didn't apologize. Before I left, the straws were gone and it so happened to be the same guy who came and wiped down the tables that I had asked if there were anymore straws and he told me that they were out with an annoyed tone of voice. When we first arrived my dad asked a lady earlier for a straw and she gave him one from behind the counter without a problem.Great food. Dirty environment. And one ornery employee. If I go again, I'm getting mine to go.
Worst Habit burger I've ever had.We ordered five burgers. Every single burger was wrong (small customizations totally ignored) and every burger was sloppily constructed and the topping amounts were totally random. They left the extra patties off and didn't even give some of us grilled onions. The milkshake I ordered was already sitting on the counter melting when I arrived early for the online order pickup. As i was standing at the counter, several people walked up with burgers in hand to say that they'd left off the avocado that they'd paid for. They've got ranch sitting out going bad, the ranch i put on my salad was warm. The fries were soggy. This fiasco totally ruined our Sunday family dinner. Apparently you need to dig into every wrapped up burger in your to-go order before leaving. I'll drive the several extra miles to go to a different location in the future. Trash service.
My experience has been positive. They are consistent, friendly, and professional. The food just seems to get better each time I go. If I had to find something to improve on, it would be the fries. I wish they had more flavor, but you'll still never see one left on my plate

This is a wonderful burger joint with tasty burgers and a great selection of fresh tea and juices. The food here is always fresh, the fries are always great! 10/10 would eat here again!
They're great. Sometimes the wait can be long when they're busy but it's a quality fairly quick burger spot.
Order was wrong, and was charged almost 17.00 for a combo meal and a extra fries.( placed over phone. ) .First thing associate said bits on them not us. So I had to call the center who took order, she said to go on website. Could not talk to a manager. I tried to talk to someone. Right. Not going back.
