I purchased the 3 finger combo. Chicken was overcooked, dry and tasteless. Fries were good and I struggled through one piece of chicken…not sure why I took remaining 2 pieces home…tried one bite and threw them in the trash.This place doesn’t hold a candle to Raising Cane’s Chicken…which is right across the street. Save your money!
They have chicken bites with a list of sauces that they will toss them in! I had the terriaki and it was absolutely delicious! They make you pay for water and all the tables were dirty, but the staff was friendly and helpful. 10 minute wait for food. 5 stars for the chicken bites tho?
Worst Buffalo chicken fries I have ever had !! I don't know how y'all are in business and expanding. Fried were under cooked. They took forever to fulfill the order. Kids in the back didn't have a clue what they were doing. I felt robbed after eating here. Save yourself from eatting raw fries. Go somewhere else!!!
First off I love Chicken Shack’s ranch dressing. But when I tried ordering 20 large cups of their ranch for my grand papi’s baptism the young man on the phone hung up on me after 20 seconds. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! Very disappointed.
Food was over cooked, chicken and fries, was unable to eat. Very disappointed after paying around thirteen dollars for my meal. Live about thirty minutes out of town, called to talk to manager was told there wasn't one there call back in ten minutes. Called back, and got recording so far no response to my message. First time I've had bad experience here.
I got the chicken fingers. The breading was really good and flakey with good flavor. The chicken itself was tender & juicy, although it lacked a lot of flavor as it tasted like unseasoned chicken. Im not mad at it, but I think you can find better elsewhere. I had gotten the honey mustard as sauce I would rate it 7/10
Decent quality, wide array of flavors, staff was overwhelmed by simple order, probably new. 60+dollars for a couple chicken sandwiches 6 wing meal, and 5 wing meal, underwhelmed. If you have money to burn and aren't picky, enjoy!
I did not enter this place, nor did I eat. I peered through the window and laughed at something on their wall though. It was hilarious.
This seems to be our favorite location, service is always great! The establishment is pretty clean and the attendants are always cheerful. Portion side is more than enough for me and prices are reasonable.
