Just went through this Taco Bell and it was the worst experience!! They forgot our food and then refused to replace it. We had to go inside and get off since we ordered through the drive through. They finally gave us our missing food only to get home and we found something else was missing! Manager was very unprofessional and we will not be returning here. Also since they made us wait so long due to their bickering about whose mistake it was, our food was stone cold!
The food took a while but was good only bad part about it all was the cinnatwists taisted very strong like chemical cleaner. I eats one and spit it out my gf and cusin both had one and said the same. Maybe we got a bad batch but would prob be a good idea to look in to that before someone gets sick.
This Taco Bell is horrible the worst service and the worst food I have ever eaten in my entire life and food is just it's terrible I'm considered reporting him to the health department for finding dirt and lint in one of our burritos also they got in our orders wrong two out of every three times we've been there food is cold it's just really bad service and they really don't care too bad cuz I've always liked Taco Bell and this is maybe not want to go there anymore to any of them it's the one on Shaw in Clovis kind of cattycore from Walmart don't go there you'll be disappointed
They don't wrap the food in the paper well. I grabbed a taco out of the bag and the bag and all the meet fell out all over my new Jean's and now they are stained. In the future I will take a few extra minutes to somewhere else.
Poor experience due to being highly allergic to tomatoes and being served 4 tacos ALL with tomatoes despite ordering without any tomatoes. Do you guys just not read the orders ? If people ask for things a specific way especially when it is removing an item they should prioritize these people who are ordering.
The inside of taco bell was trash, customer service was garbage. All the tables were dirty and the one that looked clean was wiped with a dirty towel so it just made it worse and sticky. They had no toilet and you can tell the never clean the bathrooms. Id give them a zero if i could
Dont go there....order some chicken chulupa and got all beef...food was almost cold!!!!! These kids working in ff got no respects for what they do anymore...partly just done smoking joint
If you like Taco Bell and want to eat fresh everything. This is the best location. I live on Shields/Temperance and there is Taco bell on Shields/fowler (They are worst in Town) but i come here every time. The girls inside are also very nice.
Went though drive thru, and employees were rude,then one of my entire boxes was not in my bag. Called 4 times no answer. Went in to get my food and employees were rude about it. I am not going to this location again!
Messed up my order big time. They put beef in my “Black bean Grilled cheese burrito”. Fiesta potatoes quantity is terribly less. They even forgot to give me sauce packets when i clearly ordered 10 packets on the app. Highly not recommend. 0 stars.
