First time at this location. Next time I’ll be very specific on what I want and how much of it I want on my sandwich. I usually love everything in my sandwich. Except this time. The staff squeezed too much mayo on my sandwich. I’m not a big fan of mayo. They make the sandwiches quickly and I didn’t have time to tell her to take some mayo off. I thought it would even out once all the toppings were on but unfortunately it didn’t. Mayo oozed out of everywhere. Lesson learned for next time. Otherwise my Spicy Italian sandwich hit the spot.
Had never been up charged for chopped grilled chicken, compared to the grilled chicken patty on either my wrap or footlong. Today I was and was met with a communication break down and lack of understanding. Will not be returning to this location.If anything I’d like to say the older woman with short hair has always done a great job. I feel she’s a great employee that has always given good service. For the management and how this location is ran, I can’t promote them as I feel that is where the problem lies.
Very good sandwiches reasonably priced. Love the variety of kinds of bread and the daily specials.
Never follow plain directions from the app. Every item we just ordered was incorrect dispite paying all the extra thru the app. Never have these issues from other locations. ?

Very poor customer service and when I told the owner, the owner does not care and is very disrespectful too. The staff and the owners both have attitude. Avoid this place at any cost. Not good.

Tried one of those new protein bowls, and they're actually pretty good. Aside from them dropping my chicken on the counter instead of in the bowl, it was a good lunch break meal
