One of the best in Fresno/Clovis area. The wife & I have really enjoyed every single visit. Debbie, Mikayla, & Shyann are very fast & very pleasant. They got orders out in record time, even during a busy lunch hour. I truly believe that their hard work deserves recognition. People need to cut fast food workers a lot of slack. Thanks to these lovely ladies for the great, neat & clean experience. ??

Bad experience, food was poor in quality. The manager was not on task making my sandwich and was being extremely rude to one of her employees. (Who was working much harder than Debbie, the manager). Probably will never go back.
Decided to stop and treat my Grandson and used the coupons I just received in the mail..6in meal for $5.99 They REFUSED the coupons so instead of getting 2 meals I only got his at $11 and some change. You are at franchise you have to go by corporate rules..Rude!

We tried placing an online order but the order wasn't going through.So we tried to call the establishment to see if it went through and if it just was the computer glitching; no one answered. I called 4 times and still no answer.We walked into the restaurant and overheard the manager speaking to a customer stating that place was "dead all morning." We then asked her to see if the online order went through so we wouldn't make the mistake of placing the same order twice. She stated no, it didn't.She then handed off the order to a girl named Sarah and stated "Here, you take over since it's a big order."We had ordered 13 sandwiches.For being a "manager" of an establishment you'd think she would have a different mindset and more of a teamwork mentality.There was ONE person behind us waiting to be helped. She gave her a free drink and said "I apologize for the wait" but im pretty sure if she would of helped her coworker, the sandwiches would have been done at a faster pace. She made me feel uncomfortable for simply ordering lunch for the staff of the office where I work at.As the employee that she dumped the order on was patiently making our sandwiches, the "manager" by the name of Debbie decided to FINALLY help but then she started giving us a really unnecessary attitude and tone. You could tell she was getting frustrated but to be positioned as a "manager" you should be able to keep a certain composure. If you are not able to work under the pressure without having a rotten attitude then maybe customer service isn't for you.She needs an attitude adjustment.
