This location use to be my most favorite, but now it's getting like the others, they see you coming then walk in the back and start acting like their too busy to acknowledge the presence of their customer...I went here on 12/21/21 around 4pm and had to ask twice if anybody was present...She finally came out, she also overcharged me $4 dollars. : (

Subway DOESN'T TAKE THE COUPONS THAT YOU RECEIVE IN THE MAIL. TRIED TO USE ONE AND GOT A EXTEMEMLY NEGATIVE ATTACK FOR NOT SEEING TRIER PIECE OF PAPER STATING THAT. I guess looking at the menu when you go in is the Wrong thing to do. At least this Subway in Clovis on shaw you're suppose to not look at the menu but to look for typed up notices. WHY DON'T THEY PUT IT ON THE FRONT DOOR! THe crazy part is that pay for the coupons to be printed and mailed out but refuse to take then. SOUNDS LIKE THIS SPECIFIC SUBWAY IS PLANNING TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS IT SEEMS LIKE ?

Employee assumed I didn’t know their language and was talking about me with their coworker while making my sandwich. Unprofessional and uncomfortable to have to go through.
The service was great and very quick. Usually whenever I visit, the staff isn't that polite and nice. Today I encountered a staff member named Mary who was extremely nice and sweet. She was very professional and polite. I loved her personality and amazing service. I wish I had encountered her there before.
