Would rate a 0 if possible. Not only was my sandwich super flat but it was also not made properly with all the ingredients I ordered (ordered through the app) and it had nasty rotten pickles on it. However that’s not the worst part. I did an online survey as the app asks after each purchase in which the owner told me that I in fact did not have any rotten food on my sandwich because all their veggies are cut fresh. Yep that’s right! Instead of making it right And leaving it at that I was told I was basically lying. So here I am leaving a review with pictures included. basically he’s telling me this is a freshly cut pickle and he would have no problem eating it. Terrible service and terrible food! Do not go to this subway if you want ripped off.
Full menu for the whole family. The All-American Club is now a classic salad, too. Delicious wraps, sandwiches, No Bready Bowls, Fresh Melts, salads. What's not to like? Great location at Herndon and Willow.
Store was clean, has been remodeled. The sandwich maker was new and nervous, but did a good job. However for months they have had “out of order “ signs on their bathrooms. They are NOT out of order, an employee confided with me. The owner says the public is too messy, doesn’t want to have to clean up them.
Woman employee was very rude and demanding. Interrupted our conversation repeatedly, very harsh and snappy. They need to train better on customer service
Very clean , nice and quiet , most importantly the older gentleman who made our sandwiches (who I can only assume is the owner) made our sandwiches perfectly. We've gone to other subways asking for light mayo/mustard and have had workers roll their eyes or complain to coworkers right in front of us. Not here though , he made the orders perfectly and with a smile!
Service is simple and they give me napkins even if i dont ask.

paper thin meat, no paper is thicker than their slices. See through meat if it is really meat that is watery and tasteless. Looks nothing, not even close ,to the sandwiches they show on TV. Expressionless help, best to just go to a liquor store and buy something to microwave.
Worst subway I have ever visited in the entire central valley. Owner/manger was an incredibly rude, grumpy old man. I ordered online and selected bottled soda not fountain. He got very upset when I asked him a question about that, and demanded I call subway to make that change. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have asked for a refund all together. They also are not honoring any of the online specials which is very odd and fishy. Our tuna subs had a very tiny amount of tuna and was more like a veggie sub.Overall it was a terrible experience and definitely won't be back hopefully this building is back on the lease market and another establishment can take its place.
Customer service sucks!!! Do not recommend this place ever. Gave it a chance, more than it deserves. No need to waste my time, nor my money.
