First time coming here. Went in with my family and waited to be seated. When we went to sit down, nobody came to take our order. When we asked, we were told our server would come take our order. Waited about 15-20 min, still no server. Got up and left. Place was not crowded so there was no reason that they didn’t attend to us quickly. Wouldn’t come here again. Environment was loud and more focused towards adults, not families.
Very very good! Pizza was great! Could have your pizza fixed any way you wanted it. Wish they had Pepsi Products. Like it better. Coke was ok. Garlic Fries are amazing & the Fried Zucchini was really good. And the Chef Salad was very good. The 4 of us loved everything.Our waitress was the best.Wish they had one in Pocatello Idaho.Need one there now!!Everything we had was great!
Delicious pizza, amazing drinks and an attentive staff even though there were a lot of people! TV Screens every where so no one has to break their neck to catch the game no matter where they sit. Highly recommend the Moscow Mule.
Pizza is good if you like tons of toppings piled on. Waiter could have benefited from having a pen and a notepad. He tried to memorize the whole order for over 10 people and messed every order up.

What's not to enjoy at Straw Hat Pizza? All those appetizers - Garlic Parmesan Groovy Twists, Green Bean Crispers, Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Seasoned Potato Wedges, Buffalo Fries, Chicken Wings, I could go on and on. Wonderful salads, Master Class Pizza. Enjoy!
My first time. Went with a large group. They accommodated us quickly! I ordered the bread twists & they were very good! My favorite pizza we ordered was the chicken bacon ranch! They have Coors Banquet in a aluminum bottles!
Went in early evening and it was empty, we were able to order pretty fast. Pizza came out within 10 mins of ordering and other food took over an hour to come out and was cold. By the time we got our food, there were 2 other large groups, along with a few tables of 2 and 3. It seemed like there was 1 server for the whole restaurant.
Dine in. First time here. 4 of us-my spouse and 2 young children. First thing I noticed was it is extremely loud. All the tvs up to max volume. We were this servers only table. Receipt shows server name Eseadra. 2 stars are because the pizza was good and the fries were really good. Service was horrible. Fried cheese raviolis were horrible. Ordered a burger and fries. About a quarter of the way done with the burger I noticed a hair in the fries. About 4 inches long, dark black. Definitely not any of ours. We stopped eating it and waited for a server to come by who never did. I am 9 months pregnant extremely grossed out by the hair. Been waited for the server for probably 10 mins to refill my water. I had to walk up to the server station with the hairy fries/burger plate and my empty water glass. Someone else who I believe was management came and took the plate and refilled my water and handed it back to me. I explained about the hair on the plate and said my kids were disappointed because the fries were so good. Server Eseadra said "we will get you a basket of fries." By the time the fries came we were ready to leave. She brought the fries and we asked for the bill and a box. She said okay and walked away. We waited for about 15 minutes with an antsy 2 and 8 year old while Eseadra stood and the cashier's station chatting. I approached and said "can I please get the bill?" She said "sure I'll bring that right over." I said "no I'd like to leave now." She pressed a few buttons and within seconds the bill was printed. I said "we've been waiting for 15 mins for this, why didn't you just bring it over to us when we asked?" She said, "oh, it must've slipped my mind." With the most attitude. Ummmm what?? Okay. No apology offered. I looked at the receipt and it showed a basket of fries for $6. We were charged $6 for them to replace a basket of fries that had a hair in it. Wow! Receipt total was $53.40 but after my card was swiped the receipt showed $53.53. what's with the .13¢ difference? Also, if you use a card, they charge you a 'surcharge fee' (mine was $1.60) when I asked the manager about it, she said "you'd have to call Visa, to get that money back." Ummmmm I didn't pay with a Visa. I said "you could've told me there was a few before hand so I had the option to pay with cash. I told the manager I would not be returning simply due to lack of customer concern. I also mentioned that I shouldn't have been charged for replacement fries because of the hair. She said "sorry about your experience, everyone here is new and is still in training." No offer of refund. I get being in training, but I could ask my 8 year old child to go print me a receipt and it wouldn't "slip their mind." Again, we were this severs only table, they were not busy. She's in the wrong line of work. First and last time in this place.
Good pizza, good service, good tequila options, lovely sauce and a nice atmosphere.
