You can pre-order and come in and pick up your drink it's really convenient or of course you can come in and order your drink very friendly and clean inside and outside seating
Went in on my way to work in the afternoon. Even tho they were not busy it took them 10 minutes to pour my cold brew. The six employees seemed to be kinda fluttering around making 1 drink every few minutes. As I was running out the door to rush to my car so I could race to work and try to clock in on time a male employee made a snide comment to me for not stopping to hold the door open for him because he was coming back in from taking the garbage out. Is customer service not a thing anymore?

I don't drink coffee, I went to get my mom a decaf. Which I know nothing about. He was very patient and helpful. I drove to window to get the coffee, he appeared with some cream and sugar on side. I thought that was above his duty. I already passed his window. I wish I remembered his name. A 10 in my book.

I wouldn’t want to even rank this place with a one star,because it’s just disgusting to me. I ordered a mocha frap and three venti waters. I asked for straws, and the barista, gabby specifically had her hands wet and then she handed me the straws. That’s pretty gross, please wipe your hands next time you hand someone straws, I didn’t even end up using them because that’s just gross. ????
This Place is very nice. Great staff Polite and helpful. Great location. Although lately they've been having some mix ups in the drive through lately so double check your order.. Not sure why all of a sudden never had problems before. Staff seems to never know why the mix ups happen. But they are human and errors do occur. So Understandable. It's the nearest Starbucks to my location. so I will continue to go.
It is really busy on a Saturday morning but they are quick and sweet. This isn't a quiet place to work but otherwise great.
