Convenient. Good service fromAssociates. Friendly, accurate, as well as, Polite. What I appreciate is that they have no problem doing a pour-over for a dark roast upon request. You may need to park while they prepare it, when they're very busy. But it's well worth it and they will bring it out to you. Thank you!?

I stopped this morning at 9:20 since I live around the corner. The line was slow but I was really in need of coffee. The line was even slower after getting into the actual drive way. Then once in the driveway, with no way out it came to a halt for a half hour while myself and others were trapped. Finally I was the next car and the car in front of me sat at the ordering board for 15 minutes. Finally she took off I pulled up to the board which it is now 10:05. There was a sign tapped to the board which was turned off and it read “ We will be closing at 12:30 sorry for the inconvenience “. I pulled straight through my craving was now gone. I stopped to look in the pick up window and no one was in the store. I asked a guy leaving the front if they were closed and he said yes.. WHY DIDNT THEY POST CLOSED AT THE DRIVE THRU??? That is so unprofessional. I do feel sorry for any emergency, but they did not think about their customers at all. I will not be back, nor will the 20 or so cats still waiting.
Great service, fast, and always polite, never have to wait long in line, but its kinda hard to get in and out of this location cause of constant traffic. It also seems like there's a pretty steady turn over rate with staff so your order can change pretty drastically from day to day for the same drink. Over all a great location.
So posted yesterday all over their drive through was a notice they ran out of grande and venti cups so I asked the girl taking orders that since they ran out of cups can I get 2 tall’s (12oz each) for the price of the Venti (24oz) she said no it would be the regular price for the “tall” I should have said never mind but I ordered 1 tall and got to the window and again said “Why would you guys run out of cups and not accommodate customers?” Got the same answer they aren’t doing that. Wow Starbucks! I know you’re hurting for money!!!!!!! Why can’t you take care of your customers???????

I go in for a Holiday drink that is clearly on their list of things to buy. At no time is it posted they don’t have this to buy. When I order I am told they don’t have this. This is a case of False advertising to the public.Don’t go to a place that will lie to you like this one
not the best Starbucks I’ve been to so far. Went over here on 11/21 around 3:20pm. My boyfriend had ordered a caramel brûlée frap and he got the crème version when he wanted the coffee one. He ahead also wanted his blueberry muffin warmed but it wasn’t warmed when we got it. I’m just hoping the person who took the order was new and I’m hoping the ones who made the drink and food was new too.
