Sienna was so miserable. First, I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich, 2 corn dogs, and a medium Reese's shake. She had me repeat the corn dogs and the shake, paused a long time then told me my total was $17.66. I thought that was pretty high, but maybe prices have gone up. I went to the window. Sienna looked miserable. I paid her $20.66 cash as your register at the drive thru has been cash only for MONTHS. (UNACCEPTABLE) Sienna took my money, then brought me my shake with no straw, then left. Several minutes later, a very nice young boy with strawberry blond hair brought me my food. I couldn't read the torn piece of paper stuck to his shirt as a name tag. (Tacky) He confirmed I had already gotten my shake. I told him I had but I still had not gotten my $3 change nor a straw. He apologized taking full responsibility, of which none of it was his fault. When I left, I reached for my grilled cheese sandwich only to find a $6.89 grilled CHICKEN sandwich. The ONE thing Sienna didn't have me repeat and she got that wrong! No wonder why my total was so high! You really need to fix your register at the drive thru, never allow an associate to walk away in the middle of a transaction, never giving the change, just leaving it for someone else to handle, and maybe consider getting a digital screen so we can see when the clerk butchers our orders.
Terrible experience ordered mozzarella sticks and they were seriously undercooked and cold. I called to ask for a fresh order of a refund and the man who I was speaking to hung up on me. Giving him the benefit of doubt I called back thinking it was a mistake, he had in fact deliberately hung up on me and all employees refused to answer the phone when I called back six times. AVOID THIS PLACE mind you the employee was high I caught it him smoking right out the back door of the business he attempted to hand me the mozzarella sticks without a bag and couldn’t get it together. Safe to say I will never return to Sonic and have filed a complaint with various entities including the department of health.
Great drinks! I came during 1/2 off drinks (between 2pm-4pm) and got the Route 44! Ohhh myyyy sooo delicious! I recommend to add strawberry fruit in your slushie, its delicious. The "sugar-free" flavors are actually sweet, so don't worry about having less flavor to choose from. The sugar free options are actually sweetened with artificial sugar (last I checked). I love adding nerds in my drink too. It gives my drink a crunch and it's sweet. The food is so-so. I wasn't craving food today. I do enjoy their corn dogs and their hotdogs. Honestly a little pricey but good to get if you're on the go and craving for some hotdogs or corn dog. Haven't tried their burgers yet. They have tater tots or fries to choose from. Kids meal available.
Best Sonic location in Fresno. Today I had to say something and compliment bc it was the best experience I've had since Arkansas. (Sonic in the south is superior.) My carhop was Bridget and she was super friendly. My food was fresh and hot and my drink was amazing of course... Anyways, this is my fave location. I recommend it over the others.Thank you all at Sonic for being there and doing what you do!Also in response to a previous bad review I saw, I don't agree with rating someone poorly bc of something out of their control like a mobil app issue... that's just ignorant rubbish. I reported that review. I hope they remove it.
I grabbed my girls some food and it was normal Sonic nothing that made me say WOW this sonic is on point today it was ehhh..

Grabbed a burger here. Most upset ever when you're hungry. My chicken was so over cooked that I can't even chew it. My totes was cold and smell like old fish fried oil. STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
We used to love going there when we could use their App to order ahead because of the convenience but now the App doesn't work and hasn't for some time now. They say they're aware of the fact it doesn't work but have no idea when it will so we go a whole lot less now. It can be a real challenge sometimes going through the drive thru.
Atrocious. I come here somewhat regularly and ordered a slush with nerds. No nerds and he charged me double for the actual cost of the drink.
