We came to celebrate my son's graduation and when got there the lady in front doesn't even say hello or anything. We told her how many people and she doesn't say anything until how many minutes. She is so rude. She doesn't even say sorry for the wait. Our wait time was 1 hour because there was no table but when we looked there were lots of empty table. I love korean food but I will never go to this place.
Fire spot. They provide the sides, they have everything on the menu that a KBBQ spot would have. Awesome fruit flavored soju's and beers. Bulgogi is the best! I also get their steamed egg and lettuce wrap.I am a bit sad they don't have rice papers but its not a big deal, just a first world problem.First timers, its definitely an eatery experience where you pay one time per person for all you can eat. Food is brought out raw and there is a small grill in the center of the table for you to cook yourself. They have variety of beef, brisket, seafood, poultry, chicken, etc already cut and ready to be cooked.Great spot for any occasion!
It's an okay place where you have to cook your own food. this place is a SOLID 3 out of 5. Nothing wrong with that rating at all. The experience was good. The waitresses were helpful, nice and welcoming. The employees are definitely a 5 out of 5. Food was okay. When doing buffet style, you can only pick 3 meats. They will replace the grill after your rounds of meat. The marinated meat is good but bbq it in any way, it still doesn't give you that 'memorable' taste. The pork belly slices were not thick but thin enough to have it cooked fairly quick. The marinated beef was tasty but the sauce just didn't have the 'kick'. The marinated chicken was good but not astonishing. The brisket was probably the best meat. The sides were decent but forgettable. The seafood was okay. It's not close to the authentically fresh seafood but its okay for what it is. If you're expecting 'fresh-out-of-the-water-justgotthesquidthismorning", you've come to the wrong BBQ. Overall, the food experience was just okay. It's interesting that you can bbq your own food but having been to several Korean BBQ spots, this one is okay. If this is the only Korean Barbecue in the area, it's not too bad but don't expect high-end quality meats.
The food and customer service are great but a bit expensive.
Fun activity for date night or family time. Good quality meats well seasoned. You cook on your own grill obviously so you're results may very. Tip... The flame control is under the head of the table... And try the steamed egg.
Great place to eat and cook your own meal. The prices have went up since last time we ate there, maybe 2 years ago.
The majority of the meats were delicious, especially the marinated short rib. All of the sides were subpar besides the complementary green onion pancake. Any drinks including water is an additional charge.Unless you're planning on eating a lot of meats, it's WAY too expensive for dinner. The 4 stars is for how delicious the short ribs were. Otherwise I'd rate 3 stars.
excellent service , good food
Terrible experience. Table was sticky and had grease stains on the cooking platform. I went for Sunday lunch for my first time and saw prices for weekdays and Saturdays but no Sunday prices...turns out they do all day dinner on Sunday and charge you the dinner price even if you go at 12 noon so we got a nice surprise when our bill was $70 for 2 people. They also charged us $2 for our water, which came in plastic bottles, and our side dishes came in to-go cups and looked like they had been sitting out all day. Our grill was extremely hot when we started, so all of the meat we cooked initially got stuck to the grill and we had to scrape it off with a pair of tongs. We had to figure out how to turn down the heat ourselves, due to the fact that our server only showed up when we needed more raw meat to burn again. To top it all off, the meat we got was just ok but the whole restaurant was smokey, grimey, and overall had a very unwelcome feeling. We seldom got spoken to and once we paid our bill, we didn't hear any "goodbye" or anything...we just paid our bill and walked out as staff silently watched us through all the smokiness. Overall, would rather make my own Korean BBQ recipes than waste another $70 sitting at that grimey table.
That's all I can give is 3 stars, and that's for friendly customer service 2 kinds of meat sides that I liked. Otherwise not worth the price for the menu. Will not be coming again unless more options especially for sides and tastier food.
