I only recommend visiting Sequoia when it’s below 70-75 degrees outside - because the manager apparently turns the A/C on ONLY when he’s working there … but not on other days - even when it’s hot outside.
First time going, I will definitely go again. Great selection and the food was insanely good!
The salad was great. My service was absolutely wonderful and the staff here is very friendly.I have came in a few times the last few weeks and ever time have had great service!I have had the chicken salad and tritip salad both were great. They do have gluten free bread so that makes more options for me too.
If you are looking for an amazing Philly Cheesesteak sandwich, this is definitely the place! The staff was super friendly as well and there service was quick

Two of my friends and I go to lunch every month and we like to keep our business local-in Clovis. We decided to try Sequoia because of their menu. When we got there I was kind of surprised at their prices. A little high for just a sandwich with no sides. I ordered specifically corned beef on rye with mustard. They brought me corned beef on a roll with tons of cheese. I told the server I ordered corned beef on rye. He took it back and brought me a sandwich on rye with a minimal amount of meat, more cheese, and pickles and enough mustard for 3 sandwiches! I pulled out the pickles, scraped the mustard, and ate my cheese sandwich with a slice of corned beef. With a fountain drink it came to $17. You order from the counter and they bring it to you! You clear your own table! My friend spent $24 and got more meat and a drink and a side of macaroni salad. Not my idea of a great place to go. Sorry Sequoia but you lost my vote.
Good place for a sandwich. First time trying it out and ordered a Cajun turkey. Was not disappointed. Would definitely recommend this establishment.
went here for lunch around 11:30 on a Saturday. Hardly any wait time. Outdoor seating also available. I appreciated the cashier offered us water cups when we declined other drinks. The sandwich was great! I’ve always drive past this place but glad I finally tried it out!
Great food across the whole menu! You can not go wrong with anything you order here... busy place though so expect to wait a bit but well worth double the waiting time in my opinion!
