I love the food here I have not once had a disappointing experience ever, the salsas here are so good not really spicy but so savory and zesty. My husband loves it too , he loves there beer batter fish burrito.
Was not what i expected the refried bean taste like i was out of a can not fresh taco shrimp would of been better if they gave you more than3/4 shrimp for the price we payed.
I did not like the Italian bread crumb flavor on the fish tacos . The nachos had no cheese barely and it was shredded cheese that seemed microwaved . The chips were thin and tasted stale . $2 beer on Friday which was a plus .

As a driver im not sure what's wrong with this restaurant but they always wait until I arrive to restaurant before they start on the customer's order and I had this order that I currently have for 30 minutes and they barely started it. I'm reporting this to driver care and I hope that they fix this we are assigned orders based on the blocks and I don't want want to sit with one Rubio order for the whole block because the merchant doesn't want to follow protocol.

The RiverPark location is better. The quesadillas are not good (how do you mess up a quesadilla) It was like they were running out of cheese I didn't really see any on the dry tortilla. I would avoid this location and go to RiverPark

A little disappointed I show up on the 17th to pick up an order for Grubhub. I got the order for 15 minutes before arriving to the restaurant the girl said the order was still being prepared but I'm not seeing the cooks cook anything. I literally overheard them entering the order as I'm standing right there. For some reason with GrubHub either the tablet is not working here or there's always a delay with preparation. I'm not even scheduled to work my black ended at 2 it is 2:53 I'm still waiting here for the order just for the sake of the customer. Clearly they don't care about the customers. I'm hoping that before I customers placed a order through GrubHub that they read this review. Just in case the driver reassign the order. I'm getting $11 for this order and I'm going to be with it for an hour when minimum wage is 16. 50 I hope that corporate sings this and teach them about customer service because this is unacceptable. I will also contact GrubHub and reported with them.
