The food was good however, they have streamlined their menu quite a bit since I was last there. They were also out of several staple items, including bacon. The restaurant decor including the bathrooms are outdated and dilapidated. The customer service of the staff members was very good - professional, friendly and efficient. I would say the customer service alone is carrying them through to a 4-star review.Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable.
I Was so dissatisfied with my recent visit 5/14/22. They sat us at the bar and the service sell SUCKED it took 10 min to get refills, our waitress was. No where to be found spent 100 bucks just to get ignored. Will not go back, will tell everyone to avoid thos place like the plague (Covid 19). They need change they have been declining the last couple of years, might as well cross the street and go to McDonald's to get ignored
Had a great burger here at the bar, fair prices and service was always on the ball about what you needed.
My ❤️ is sad. I loved this spot a few years ago. Always popping and clean and the servers were bright, full of personality. Katie, my sever did wonderful and was nice and always checked on us. Good job! The food was great!! My sadness comes from the cleanliness, along with the other people that work here. The walk slow with their hair a mess, hold a broom and dust pan only to pass up messes all over! Their walls in the booths are messy with old food. It appears to me that the employees? I saw had little drive and didn't take much pride in what they do here.
Ordered delivery from Red Robin. Food arrived as ordered- in about 30 mins ….hot and yummy! Communication from driver was great: definitely prefer and would recommend using this platform call the other ones out there.
I love the food, servers are friendly. I asked for a refill on my coffee, and they were going to charge me. I think a person should be able to have a refill when that cup of coffee is the only beverage that I had with my dinner
Good pizza’s and drinks
It's red Robin's. They just redid their menu and now have pizza but no more soups! If you've been to one you've been to em all. Service was average, food was average. Better than Dennys!
Burger dry Milk shake not properly mixed. The was chocolate syrup, vanilla soft serve and some mixed. Not very cold. Not as much as in the restaurant. Not as good as used to be. No detailed receipt,indicating cost , store number, info on where to make comments. This was the store at Sierra Vista Mall in Clovis, CA
The two stars are for Chris, the server, because he had personality! The food was just not what I expect from RR. All the food was served cold, from the fried pickles, the cheese fondue, the zucchini fries, and broccoli. (Not all mine, the table's order) my burger was dry and cold to touch. So so sad.
