I love this place! The flavor is great for the price. You essentially pay a bit less (in my opinion) for what is basically a normal restaurant-style sushi roll that you eat like a burrito! I get the Hot Cheeto dust, but if I’m being honest, the flavor isn’t strong. You do taste the Hot Cheeto a little bit, but it’s mostly a marketing gimmick. They also have rainbow rice if you’re into that sort of thing. As for ordering, it seems to be a bit easier online because all the options are clearly laid out for you. Ordering from in the store is a bit… unclear? Regardless, I love this place! ?
I used to love coming here all the time whenever I would shop at Sierra Vista Mall. But lately this year (2022) they've been giving more rice and less potien portions in their bowls. I don't know what happened with this place. No matter how many times I ask the servers for extra portions, they don't oblige and they skimp out no matter what. I almost hate to say it but if they don't change things I may need to find a new poke place to go to. Management, if you're reading this review. Please go back to the way things were at Poke Bowl-rrito. ????Edit: May 24th, 2022This time I felt like I got my moneys worth of portions on my recent visit. If things continue in this direction I'll continue to support this place.
I had the medium chicken poke bowl with edamame, cucumber salad it was delicious. Today I got the hot teriyaki bowl and I didn’t care for the teriyaki sauce. I will absolutely stick with the poke bowl it was really good.
Meh. I had the sushirito. I wouldn't say I recommend. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and the store wasn't particularly clean. Containers were also empty. I may just not really like sushiritos.
Service has gone down hill, tried ordering online and I was having issues ordering so I called the store and they were just rude and not helpful at all. Still wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and went in to try their food and was still very disappointed. The price of their items are not worth it especially for their portion sizes.
I used to love this place but lately service has been going down hill. Prices have gone up and portions have gone down. This time the bowl maker guy charged my wife extra for salmon and a large bowl and it was only half full. They haven't had edamame the last 2 times. I am going to have to go back to butterfish.
I recommend the hot Cheetos sushirito. It is customizable to your tastes, healthy, filling, and absolutely delicious!
Friendly staff good food
We've eaten here before & the food is good. BUT we have twice seen employees mop the back room & then walk up to the counter to handle the food without washing their hands - might be why one reviewer was sick. I don't know if employees are that eager to get everything done by 8:30pm or if their employer is telling them to start sidework early to give them less hours. But no one wants to pay that much to get sick because a worker thinks that handwashing is not an absolute necessity in food service. Sadly, we won't be returning.
Great variety of choices. The fresh juices are amazing. Additional reason to goto this location.
