Went in Saturday around 4:00pm, they were not busy. The young lady that took our order was having a bad day. She was there just to be there. When our order was called I walk up to get it and they had put bread on my wife order and she want chips. The young man through it at her and told her to keep the bread. The only nice person there was the lady that clear our table, she was real nice and told us to make sure we refilled out cups.
We left the doctor's office and we decided to have some lunch, so we googled Panera, and this was the closest location. My sister had the 2 item combo: tomato creamy soup with the baguette and the caesar salad and iced tea. I chose the chicken soup and the turkey, bacon, and gouda on tomato bread, toasted with some iced tea. Our meals came out and both of us chowed down. My soup was creamy, with brocolli, carrots, and some mixture of grains...awesome. The 1/2 sandwich was pleasantly enough of a portion, and the baguette was perfect with lots of butter. My sister's caesar salad was filling, and she really enjoyed her creamy tomato soup, kinda like a bisque. We both enjoyed our meals, and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks Panera. ???
It's usually safe to assume they are out of a lot of items. This definitely isn't a new supply chain issue because it was like this before the Pandemic. Try the two in West Fresno, they usually have it together.
Ordered soup and 1/2 sandwich. Got to the table went right back to add the other 1/2 sandwich. Sorry, you will have to do another order.I thought that was odd. I guess I need to take a little more time doing my order next time. The food, is good.
The atmosphere is nice qt the Sierra Vista location. The food was ok, I ordered the Ceasars salad and chicken noodle soup with. Baguette. My soup had no chicken in it so I am disappointed. The broth was good but I won't order it again because of the lack of chicken. My spouse got big chunks of chicken in his bowl.
I was disappointed with today's visit. I wanted to dine in and they gave me my food to go. I told the gal that there was no creme for the coffee and it to awhile to fill the container. Nevertheless... my food was hot and I still sat down to eat my lunch out of a paper bag
I come to this Panera to have lunch often and I must say I have never had a bad experience. My order is always correct and very delicious! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this location. Highly recommend
I started coming to this Panera location like 5 months ago. I work graveyards at Clovis Community Medical Center Hospital and when I get off from work I like to come this Panera location. They have great coffee, awesome pastry, and delicious breakfast sandwiches. I have to say this is the best Panera store in the valley. Aaron the General Manager is so nice and very friendly. Benny and Corina also makes me feel welcome at this Panera location. The only employee that makes me uncomfortable is Andria. She could make you feel uncomfortable at this location. Overall, I feel like this Panera store appreciate my business. I never had this great experience at Starbucks stores and that’s why I stop going to Starbucks. I plan to be a regular customer at this Panera location for a long time. Thanks Aaron, Benny, and Corina . You guys rock!!!
Great food. Very fresh food. I love how natural it tastes. Will return again and it do recommend for a good relaxing place for lunch or breakfast
I love Panera! Food is always good but every time I go they always get my order wrong? and I don’t order anything complicated in my opinion, it’s always the same. I order a chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich with no peppadew peppers with broccoli soup and a side baguette. And a order of a bacon turkey bravo sandwich with no signature sauce. Also with broccoli soup and side baguette. When I get my order it has peppadew peppers in it and other sandwich has sauce and I get no side baguettes at all!!! On my receipts it shows someone checks my order but did they really, because it comes wrong every time??♀️
