Ordered chicken I asked instead of putting hot sauce on my chicken can you please put hot sauce on the side. When I get there my hot sauce is on the side I asked where is my ranch that normally comes with my chicken. The worker tells me I have to pay for it. I asked wouldn't I get my ranch if I didn't ask for my hot sauce to be on the side he said yes then I wouldn't have to pay for it. Hmmm go figure this place either dose not know how to train their employees or there is a lack of when to charge for ranch. Yes this is an issue we spent over 70 dollars for a couple of pizza's so YES I expect my ranch that would normally come with my chicken.

Saturday night pizza, delivered on time… but it’s the wrong pizza. The driver dropped mine off at a neighbors and was handing me Shellys. (Sorry Shelly, if the driver came right back with your pizza.. it was in my hands at one point). I called and asked for a manager and was told that I was speaking to him, Nate apologized and said they would remake it and send it over ASAP. I told him no thanks, by the time it arrives my family will be gone. Just cancel the order and please refund me. He did so and we hung up. Then he called back within a minute or two to offer me a free pizza on my next visit. I thanked him but declined as we will most likely just be using a different location from now on.

Went for lunch, it was slow. Ordered small pizza and after 30 minutes of waiting, with pizza sitting on counter, I declined pizza and asked for refund. I was told its refunded but that's not what my bank account shows.Unprofessional and lazy cashier. Get it together.

Me n Ed's is a staple of the Central Valley. Some of the best pizza around, hands down. I missed it so much when I lived in Washington. Glad they're staying local. Keep it small, keep it quality. The tap wall is a lot of fun to try out new beers!

I've never been disappointed getting a pizza from Me-n-Ed's.Nobody beats the crispy crust and flavor packed toppings!!!The employees are great and always friendly.Keep it up guys!

We decided to have an early dinner so we chose Me-n-Ed's it wasn't bad it wasn't over crowded the pizza was just a little bit more toasted than we used to but it wasn't burnt it wasn't a bad visit they have plenty of employees working but it looked like a lot of their business was delivery business

We went here on a Friday night and every employee at the counter was in a terrible mood. They said the wait would be 45 minutes, which we weren't too worried about as we got some salads and beers. The salad bar was not well kept at all, and they keep the ranch behind the count so random people don't try to take it all, which is understandable as well. I worked at a pizza joint all through highschool and college so I know at too well the tribulations of keeping up a salad bar as well as the dinner rushes. However, I counted about 10 employees behind the counter and didn't see a single person check it in our time there, which was well over an hour and a half. They forgot one of our pizzas, which we got a refund for. They forgot my sister 6 sides of ranch(who needs that many? A pregnant woman) that she paid for to take home with the leftovers so she had to also ask for those. I've gone here before the pandemic and it was perfectly fine, so I chalk it up to the massive employment issue that most places are dealing with. The pizza is always good so I'm not going to give less stars, but the environment of this place is not great right now.

It was our first time there since we just moved into the state. We saw that it had fairly good reviews so we definitely wanted to give it a try. We went on a Saturday night. No one greeted us at the door and there were quite a number of people along the wall waiting either for food or to put an order in. People worked it out amongst themselves who was next in line to order. Tables were fairly empty though. While waiting we saw the floor area behind the counter where the pizza ovens were and it was just covered in a thick layer of crumbs and burnt crusts, workers stepping on it. It was a bit off-putting for us so we decided to take our business elsewhere. Wish we could have tried it!

Hard to beat Me-n-Ed's for their gourmet pizza, calzones, sandwiches and salads, chicken wings, garlic cheesy bites, garlic cheese bread, potato wedges, cinna treats, delicious ranch dressings, and Big Chipper chocolate chip cookie. Had several parties in the spacious rear room. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced, maybe ever. They mess up your order and don’t care and don’t even offer to fix it, pizza tastes like a generic cracker crust version of Me n Ed’s, there’s almost always a customer complaining when you go in. I guess as long as the orders keep coming in they don’t really care. Honestly, to anyone reading this, you will know as soon as you walk in what I’m talking about, they don’t even greet you, they just avoid eye contact and stand there until you walk closer or pretend like they’re busy doing other things until you say something. Also- good luck reserving the back room. The more we mention it, the more we realize everyone basically knows it’s a terrible location but go anyways b/c it’s the only option in the area... for now. Also, the clientele has slowly been getting more and more rough and rowdy. People in our neighborhood all joke about what a joke the place is, hoping we get another me n Ed’s out here w/ Loma Vista growing b/c this one is terrible.
