I went to have lunch today and see the new remodel. I noticed several kiosks and one register, so I waited at the register to place my order. After about 5 minutes a young man asked if I needed assistance and I said I would like to place an order. He walked me over to the kiosks and informed me that I needed to place my order there, the manager no longer allows him to take orders. I said no thank you, I'll eat elsewhere and drove down the road to In-n-Out where I was cheerfully greeted by a delightful young lady. I placed my order and had a great lunch.It surprised me that McDonald's would take this step to inconvenience a significant group of customers. What about the elderly, handicapped or mentally challenged individuals. They may not have the ability or the patience to attempt to use a kiosk. And then not allow your employees to take their orders? Shame on you!! McDonald's is now the Walmart of the fast food restaurants. Have the customers do the work for you so you can cut your staffing needs. I can live without McDonald's and will do nicely. There is no shortage of fast food restaurants in the Fresno/Clovis area which still value customer service and customer satisfaction.

Seems to be a drive-through only the building is being worked on. But the drive-through line went by very quickly is quickly.

Love going to this place if you're ever awake and want fresh quality good food come here this place between midnight and 4:00 a.m.

As soon as McDonald's can figure out how to get their ice cream machines to work, I'll give them more stars.

I wanted to put in a code at the 1st window since it wasn't loading while we were taking the order at the speaker. So when I showed the guy at the first window the code, he said we had to give it back there. And I was just thinking like okay, well I also work at a MCD and we always put the code in at the first window if needed. Anyways, I never got the code in and to top it off, they gave me medium fries with my LARGE meal! My drinks were large too so it had to be known that my meal was large. And they never say anything or confirm what order is yours, please learn some customer service.

Im sad because there wasn’t a sign posted that their oven was down and all I wanted was apple pies. Therefore I got trapped in the drive thru for 30mins for literally nothing.

Their customer service is terrible. There’s seems to not be a proper system in place when packaging orders. The cashier yells out “that’s why we push mobile ordering” yet you still got the order wrong. Very disrespectful. It’s only busy due to it being the only McDonald’s in the area.

I wish I could give zero stars - always takes forever and usually the order is wrong even after they make you pull around and wait. Today took the cake - mobile ordered and it took over 45 minutes for 3 happy meals and a combo. Asked the employee when she was taking food to another car if she knew how long it would be and she just responded with “it’s still not ready”. I couldn’t go inside because I had 3 small kids in the car and we finally had to just leave. Kids were crying and now I’m out the money I paid for the meal. Not to mention I tried calling twice and the phone just rang and rang.
