Had to throw this away. When customers have special orders. There's usually a reason. In my case, I am allergic to the pickling ingredients. So even when you cut corners and remove the pickles from a pre-made burger(which happens a lot). The juices from the pickles ARE STILL ON THE BURGER. Then a visit to the ER. NOT FUN! PLEASE DO BETTER!! I CAN'T AFFORD TO THROW AWAY FOOD.
Worst McDonald's there is. ALWAYS SLOW, NEVER get order right....and they try to make you pull out of drive thru and park even when there are no cars behind you and in return ALWAYS get cold fries or make you late to work. Been like this for years now. Never gonna change.
So the earlie morning Mexican manager doesn't wash hands after using bathroom I was in their using bathroom she was in other stall & just left I didn't hear water or hand dryer shouldn't she wash her hands? They don't wear gloves so that means she bagging people's food with pee hands yuk
Fast service, always willing to correct any order discrepancies. They will make your food fresh if you request it too.
The workers there helped me with their app so I can receive my free fries, but I did have to get something else. I got a soda. I appreciate their help with customer service.
Abysmal service, terrible employees. My wife and I asked multiple times for no cheese at the drive through speaker, and at the window while paying since we are both lactose intolerant, and no ice in my sweet tea. The nearly incomprehensible employee said that he got it.It wasn't put on the order and we both got food with cheese, and the receipt said extra ice.
This place needs to learn how to make signage! I am so frustrated.First we went into the lobby and stood there forever for someone to wait on us. They were all busy with the drive-thru and no one even acknowledged our presence until we took off our masks, then they were quick to let us know that they could not serve us if we were not wearing masks. Put our masks back on and let them know that we were ready to order. They then told us that the lobby was closed for a staff Christmas Party. I asked them why they didn't put a sign on the door and they said "that's what the cones are for". I assumed the floor was just wet and walked carefully around the cones since there was no sign and the door was unlocked.We then went to the drive-thru and waited in a long line only to find out both things we wanted to order (hot chocolates and mochas) were out of stock....again, why didn't they put up a sign alerting customers that they were out of product?
We've been visiting this McDonald's since my twins were five years old, I always get nice service, and clerks ate nice
It was just not it. Nobody was at the paying window and had to drive around again to pay. Also orders 2 large meal and one meal came with small fries
I ordered The Chicken Sandwhich deluxe and it seemed like the patty had been sitting in the warming bin all day. Fries were cold and hard/chewy. The double quarter pounder i had ordered was okay aside from the fact that the mayonnaise was on the side of the box it came in and not inside the sandwich? Won't be coming here again.
