Horrible customer service. The "manager" was rude. I wish I wouldve taken a picture. They parked me for 20 mins to give me half of the large fries I ordered and they were cold. I took them back in and asked the manager if she consiered this a large fries and she took them without any acknowledgment whatsoever and then gave me my fresh accurately filled large fries without a word. My nuggets (which I didnt check till later at home) were over cooked. Dry... And literally falling apart wurh each bite taken. When I called to address everything they literally kept hanging up on me. Absolutely the worst customer service experience of my 33 years. If 0 stars were an option Id give it.
I received my food fast and sloppy. The fries were undercooked and not properly drained of the excess oil they were fried in. They went straight to the trash. Their Dr Pepper is improperly mixed and tastes terrible. The owner/manager of this restaurant needs to do a quality check of the food their employees are putting out. Until that changes my family will not eat here.
Terrible staff. They forget food items every time I go there. Dumbest group of individuals in Clovis. No clue how they’re all still employed.
They always gave a long line even though they have 2 ordering kiosks and only use one. Small orders are correct bigger orders are sometimes missing or wrong
I went to this McDonald’s thru the drive thru and had great service! The lady that took my order was loud and clear unlike most times you go and the order taker gives off a bad disposition! McDonald’s out did their selves when they hired this one … I got her name at the window cuz I knew I would write a review giving her some praise . Her name is Sarah. She’s the best they have ever hired. Great customer service she is a “10”!!!
Went here Tuesday morning, order on app, got code went drive thru lady at first window said you are good because I went here a lot and didn't need recipe but 2nd window said payment didn't go thru and manage demand for payment i left without food , 15 minutes later i called in talked to manager again still said the same thing than I said my card is pending now 3/25/22 it's posted,well paid for food but didn't get food what going on here (hello last Tuesday morning manage 3/22/2022)
Took the kids there for ice cream. Every staff member looked unhappy, including the manager. The cashier was rude and made fun of the special needs guy in front of us when he struggled counting out his change. She made sure the other staff members heard the insult and that earned chuckles from the nearby employees. No one seemed to be doing anything useful and I watched a car sit at the drive through for 15 minutes waiting for two ice cream cones. Maybe it was just a bad night or perhaps this is a very poorly managed location. Sensitivity training at the very least is needed for the customer facing staff members.
Just went here, horrible service. Ordered Qtr Pounder without cheese and they put a regular hamburger on just to save time. Also, Completely missed a meal that I ordered. 25 bucks I could just flush down the toilet for 3 sandwiches and some fries. Will never go here again
Good place for a quick bite the food is always hot and usually right off the grill, and although it can get busy at times the wait is never long before your food is out
Staff is kind and efficient. The food was great , not sloppy. Fresh. Made me re appreciate Mc D'
