I have ordered many times from this location. Complaint is 2 sandwiches are lacking a lot of meat. One has a single piece of ham, not usual, and the JJ Gargantuan is half the meat. I called the store and got sorry about that. No offer to redo, discount, nothing a sorry about your luck. Told him I will not be ordering again from them, again sorry you feel that way. Click
The house made sandwiches I swear look exactly like how they are pictured on their posters and advertisements. I enjoyed it as it was a sight to see and delicious to be consumed. The staff very courteous friendly and professional. I appreciate that.Now this particular location doesn't honor Military or Veterans with a discount. Hence, the 4 stars. Ordered the JJ BLT: not bad if you enjoy bread and bacon straight from the fridge. Not sure but the bread must have been from yesterday.The wrap as good.
