Mgr too busy arguing with me and doesn’t get my order correct. Been coming to this location for 2 years every other Saturday and never had an issue until now . Never coming back. She needs to learn professional ism
Ordered online. Email said it would be ready at 1:55. I waited and waited and when they asked for my name at 2:12, I told them and they never made my sandwich. I finally walked out at 2:18. 2 stars instead of 1 because at a least the sandwich tasted good. Owner/management you either need to back up your staff more, or change your system to have an accurate pick up time. I could've gotten more errands done in the meantime had I known it would take an extra 20 minutes. Edit: they have me the wrong bread. I'm really bummed

Been here twice and had gotten a hot Chipotle sub the first time and a cold italian the second time. Both times their sandwiches have been mediocre and plain. I only came the second time because firehouse subs has been closed. I will not be coming back.

This is not a good place to go to if you don't eat dairy or meat. Most sandwich places post 2010 offer several options to provide adequate protein and substitutes for those that can't or don't ingest animal based foods.I just paid over $8 for a medium sandwich that consisted of 3 ingredients shredded lettuce, 3 tomato slices, and 4 thinly sliced onions (and bread for the outside of the sandwich of course). I asked staff if since I couldn't have the two types of cheese that the veggie sandwich comes with if I could have extra of another veggie (tomato, onion, etc) and/or the equivalent in cost to avocado and they all dismissed my request.When I pointed out how absurd it was to have me pay over $8 with tax for a three ingredient sandwich that contained no protein they all smirked in agreeance but were clearly trained by the company to not accommodate orders in any capacity. They just massively profited off of the order I placed. And here I am extremely hungry after eating it...Another thing to consider is this specific Jersey Mike's is located in a cramped and poorly designed shopping center that never has adequate parking for customers. It is quite challenging in general to go to this specific location because of that alone and the high prices for the minimal product received is also rather deterring...if you're considering going out for a sandwich in this part of town you'd probably be better off visiting the Von's deli across the street.
BEST SANDWICH FOR IT'S PRICE RANGE! USE THE APP AND REWARD YOURSELF WITH FREE FOOD EVERY FEW MEALS. THEY GIVE A NEW LEVEL OF EXPECTATIONS TO SANDWICH SHOPS!!!
