Ordered the Bacon, three egg omelette with cheese, it stated on only eggs, Bacon and cheese as ingredients. It comes and looks fantastic but,, under the cheese and inside in was packed with hash browns. I did not see anything mentioned about it having hash browns in the ingredients. Didn't want any, even told waitress no hash browns or toast, ruined a good meal putting them inside my omelette! Won't be eating there again!
This robot machine brings your food to the table. My kids loved it . The food breakfast was 10/10. We all order pancakes and waffles. Will be going back .
This IHOP is located in the Sierra Vista Mall area in Clovis Calif. So i took my wife here for breakfast. She had the steak and eggs and I had the country fried steak and eggs. Both of our meals were great. The waiters were friendly and chatty without being pushy. Even though they did a shift change in between.The place was clean, warm and inviting. The boxes i check in my head for how they treat me all checked, so i enjoyed it very much and so did my wife. I can honestly say i highly recommend it to anyone. We were treated very well and the food is great. So all in all, im giving them. ?????
Um pancakes were so dry and fell apart lol. But the country fried chicken was really good. We came here for the kids cause of the pancakes but they didn't eat them. But this was our 2nd time here but the IHOP downtown I believe the food was much better. It's really personal preference people like foods that we don't like so try on!
Food wasn't bad but the experience with ordering online for curbside pickup is horrible. Arrived on time saturday morning. Checked in on the link, then ten minutes later it let me know my food is ready and someone's coming out soon with my food. Waited about 15 more minutes before calling. They finally came out with my order around 30 minutes after the time I was told to arrive.
Clovis is home to one of the new robot servers. When we made our order we requested the robot deliver our food. The robot was currently being charged. When the food arrived, another server delivered the food, not the robot. Disappointment! The food was good. The service could have been better. No refills on tea, but the coffee pot was replenished. I had the chocolate, chocolate chip pancakes (short order) and it was like eating a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast. Yum!
We come here like every two weeks, we use to love the place.. However today ended horrible for us at least. We got up to the cashier area to ready to pay our meal , yet the manager Katy came all rudely and said go back seat down and waiter will come to pick it up there. That fact that she said it so rudely is beyond us. She could’ve said it nicely. She didn’t. We will absolutely not be coming back to this awful place ever ever again. The service is horrible. Very rude lady. Manager Katy is horrible. She didn’t have to talk to us like that. I don’t like bullies. Don’t disrespect your everyday customers like that. So rude. Sigh. Thank you. I highly suggest everyone don’t come to this ihop anymore. Owner should hire new caring loving managers who actually cares about the customers. Jus joes is way better.
My experience was being served cold coffee to start with. I mean not even warm! Then I had to send back the silverware because of dieppe and stuck on food. They need to rinse their dishes better and fix the dish washer. My husband ordered a milk with his food and they forgot his milk. My pancakes were good but I was glad to eat and leave I may try another time but not anytime soon.
A comfortable place for a meal with great courteous service.
I enjoyed the 5 stack it was delicious ? we got pick up. Though we could have used more butter. We weren't given enough. Next time IHOP.?☺?♥
