Wanted to get a patty on the side with cheese on the side for my dog was originally 2 and some change for the patty and a additional charge of 1 dollar for cheese wasn’t normally an option so they had to put it in weird so another staff helped ,then before I completed the transaction one of the other staff ran up and changed it to a little cheeseburger plain with no bun and changed roughly 3 dollars to almost 9 for just a patty with cheese… so dumb… but I was too irritated to deal with it and wanted to treat my dog so I just paid and left… usually great service and reasonable staff but not today… the one who rang me up was nice but the guy who came over the second time not at all.. the location at river park has never overcharged like this for the same thing…
First time at this location. The workers were friendly and courteous, something lacking in many fast food restaurants. The food was delicious.
Fast and friendly service! Phenomenal burgers as usual and the cajun fries are top notch.
Five guys is usually great but perhaps this location was missing a guy or two today because it was a sad time bro. Ordered the bacon double, and they forgot the bacon, which is cool, it happens, but instead of giving me two pieces of bacon to put on top the girl just gave me some cold crumbled bacon bits to put on top (probably from yesterday since I came at opening) and it was just not the vibe.
Good burgers do t taste like fast food . Taste like a really good gourmet burger and good fries and shake
The burger was good the fries were not crispy enough and i feel that they are way over priced. 25$ for a burger fries and shake outrageous

I heard of this restaurant from a pod cast saying it was better then In-N-out. It was good food, but I rather wait in the ridiculously long lines at In-N-out and get double the amount of food which is the same quality food if not better. WAY to over priced at 5Guys. Probably won’t be back.
Part of my order was not delivered. I spent 45 minutes getting the runaround by “5 guys” Clovis and Uber as both of them insisted the other was to blame. After multiple calls to both businesses, I finally gave up. I gave Uber a negative review too. I just wanted my milkshake…?
Good burgers and amazing fries. The cajun fries specifically are super addicting. The relatively high cost makes this an occasional treat.
