My wife and I wanted a quiet, low key Mexican dining experience El Rodeo Méxican Restaurant did not disappoint. We went around 6 pm on a Sunday. They were open and there were only a few other tables occupied. I had the Chili Colorado and my wife ordered a ground beef taco with a cup of the Albondigas soup. The Chili Colorado had just enough spice not to over power the beef. The beef was tender and the rice and beans authentic. I had a bottled beer and the over all price was reasonable.
The food quality was good especially for the price point. The service was average, although my server did not have a sense of urgency. The music in the restaurant was a distraction. It is a radio station with a lot of static and commercials. I would recommend and come back to eat, with the mindset of the above.I ordered fajitas (chicken and steak) with corn tortillas and again it was good.
Food is average Mexican cuisine. Solid, nothing exceptional. The waitress was very nice and accommodating, so that bumps this review to 4 stars.Spacious. Bathrooms were clean. Food service was prompt. The salsa is tasty. Carnitas is fair.Good location for a Mexican fare craving in a family friendly setting.
My husband took me and my friends and family there for my birthday dinner and the service sucked the waitress was rude got orders wrong, my daughter bought me a cake and my husband asked if we can get some small plates and the guy server told my husband to go to Dollar tree, that they don't do that. Then to top it off I lost something their and my grandson calls over there to ask if anyone found it, and the lady said oh your the one's that left trash on the tables gee I didn't know if you spend almost 300.00 dollars on food and drinks that you also have to clean up after yourself. Who ever owns this restaurant really needs to do something about there employees. But I can tell him one thing I will never step foot in that place again there other mexican restaurant that are way better than this one.
Pretty standard food. Had the torta and it was a little dry but putting salsa on it helped.Our waitress was friendly and treated us great.
Super Nacho is huge. I ordered to go so the cold toppings were kept seperated from the nachos...very considerte of them to do this even though i didnt tell them. The place is jam packed so you know its good.
Once again 5 stars and they never disappoint in the great tasting food. Definitely in my top 5 mexican food places to eat. My waitress tonight was on point and did a excellent job. Wish Id got her name to give a shout out, but she had long blondish hair...Thank you again for another awsome experience.....
The food is pretty good. The service is ok. The restaurant was a mess tho. Food on the floor everywhere. All in all a good place to eat. Shredded beef is delicious.
Food here was pretty good. No frills Mexican restaurant. Reasonably priced and tasty. If we are ever in the area again we may stop by.
Great service, delicious food today I order tortas de Camaron with nopales with rice and beans by the side, great and unique flavor.
