Seems like they can never get my order right, especially if I go in at night where the kids working in the drive thru are often obviously high and sometimes reek of hippie lettuce. Poor customer service, always messing up my order and often times giving other people's orders to me, giving me the wrong change, the list goes on. I get accidents happen but everytime its something, from now on I'm going to the one on Herndon
I've come here three times in the last two months and it has been professional, friendly service. The managers are attentive and on my most recent visit, the staff was making sure the lobby was clean. My Fire-Grilled Chicken Bowl even had extra chicken in it which I appreciated.
Everything tasted good, fiancé & I both got the Avocado chicken burritos.
Worst ever! Every time I go to this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. They need better training or just a whole new crew.
I went yesterday to this Pollo Loco location in Clovis and they have not had any of the food I like to order the past 3 times I went. No chicken, no beans and rice, no chicken tortilla soup. I am not returning to this location again! This location may as well close permanently since they don’t have the food! They don’t even deserve one star on this review! I would give it zero stars!!!
Horrible customer service, was told they were all out of chicken even though I had already paid online. Then after waiting for 5 min they magically produced my meal. I don't know where they suddenly found chicken from, but I do know it was no where near fresh. It was dry and hard, and I'm curious if it came from the chicken they have to toss after so long, it was that old feeling.
Why is it the last 2 times I went there we ordered the Familia Dinner, 10 piece, and both times they say they're "out of chicken" and we have to wait 45 minutes. Okay once, but twice? Why does this keep happening? Are we not planning ahead? Are you not putting enough chicken on the grill?? Seems like an easy problem to fix. Just fix more chicken. I shouldn't have to wait 45 minutes!!!
I ordered an avocado burrito and it was ok. The chicken didn't taste fresh or juicy. The green salsa didn't taste fresh either. Mexican hit coco was really good.. Service was good though
I love El Pollo Loco because it's a healthier alternative to fried fast food. But I wish this location would train its drive-thru employee that works during the week at lunch time how to be NICE to her customers. She doesn't say "Hello" or "Thank You" or even "Have a Nice Day". And when she hands out your food she puts it right in your face and says, "Here". RUDE.These establishments are paying employees more now but they need better customer service training.
This exact locations sucks. They are always out of chicken, leg and thigh. No matter what time, they are constantly out. And never do they put up a warning. Instead, you have to wait in the drive thru, just to be dissatisfied.
