I have had sandwiches from other Deli Delicious locations and they were very good, however, I don't know if the store changed management or what (is the manager spending more time on the internet rebutting these reviews than actually working?) But today's meal was so bad that it makes me not want to ever order Deli Delicious again. This was even worse than Subway. Barely any meat, only a very thin layer of cream cheese, I couldn't find any alfalfa sprouts, and the bread was stale. Incompetent management or cheap franchisee cutting corners, I'm not sure which. Both are bad. Never again.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location. I used to come to this location specifically for the fact that I could trust my food would made correctly and I wouldn’t have to think twice about it. But twice in the last month or so. Lots of small things that never really matter have happened (missing ranch or wrong type of bread) but this most recently time they forget basically everything on my sandwich. The person I was on phone with was trying to be helpful but was clearly very paincked and not very composed under pressure. I try to be understanding of restaurants having rushes so I drove there. Knowing they would have plenty of time to clear the rush and for my order to get fixed. Except when I walk in the person I was on the phone with was clearly talking to someone the knew personally. And then tried to use them as “backup” about the rush. Look if there was a rush fine I can understand that but the way this panned out, it just looks like horrible customer service…Moral of this story I will never come here again….

My friend & I visited Deli Delicious and had the BEST service from Kiki this morning. She was so upbeat and friendly and so full of personality. We will definatley be going back often on the weekends to see her. Go to Deli Delicious on Herndon & Clovis and say hi to Kiki. Thanks Kiki! ?
The manager was literally skinny moustache guy from the mid 1940s, she was extremely demanding of the workers who made great sandwiches, barked orders and didnt lead by example, ive never seen someone do so much talking without improving a single thing
The girl who took our order was nice the boy she brought from the back to start taking customers orders was rude to myself and the mother that walked in with her toddler to pick up her order. My to go order was ready and went to the counter to get it but before I left checked to make sure I had ranch for my 2 orders of fries...no ranch so I asked for 2 and he told me 'next time ask for it when you order' I responded with 'I did and I also left a tip' and walked out. he was rude to the lady before me with the child, she too asked if ranch was in her bag. he didn't turn to address her and answered her with such a rude tone of voice with a drawn out yeeesss, that kind of yes that comes with the unspoken words that are only said in your mind. I wanted to stop her and say check your bag. I know when she got home with her food that it probably wasn't there... I hope the owner of this location sees this review and has a talk with this kid because he was absolutely horrible and didn't and doesn't deserve any of the tip money that was left tonight. It was about 5:45 this Wednesday evening. He had just been complaining about how tired he was and when the girl that was working with him said he could leave he said no he didn't want to but yet he stayed and was absolutely horrible to the customers.
Started my job there on May 27th I worked 3hrs my first day and worked 2 more days for 2hr shifts- I had a small schedule due to having a disability by my 4th day unfortunately my car overheated I was forced to call in but had been scheduled for today. I went to check my schedule last night to review the time I had to go in and I was taken off schedule.I was paid an entire week early and let go without Any knowledge. Extremely unprofessional and inhumane- manager said he was understanding but this isn't understanding.

The food was fresh and the service was fast. Just the way I like it, especially during lunch and your time is limited. Thank you Deli D and I will be coming back
