Good peeps but they are always stingy with the sauce packets. They just ask and I answer with the kind I like. I always forget to ask for extra but I don't really need to do that anywhere else. Like I just got 6 tacos and some nachos and you give me four packets of sauce. A lot of the time I am lucky if they give me even that. I do like the food though, but after years I sorta suspect the owner/manager tells them to be "frugal" with the sauce.
Not only is taco bell better but dollar tree has better frozen tacos that you heat up in the microwave that taste much better than this tomfoolery these wicked, monstrous, delinquents, scoundrels, buffoons, and uncultured swines. these are very sad milksops and cowpokes I hope this del-taco runs out of business. -Ryan Reynolds, Obama, Harambe, monke man, and Shrek.
Very Upset...Not only there food isn't that good...but I walked over to get food but the dining room doesn't open for several hours after the drive thru!!? Why?? Dumbest thing Ever!! I wasn't going to walk all the way back just to get in my car and drive thru!!??
I've never been to Del Taco before and wanted to try their jumbo shrimp burrito, come to find out I get home from the drive through and they gave me a fish burrito instead. I'm not the type of person to ever write a review but I'm honestly pretty bummed out about this whole situation.. I only hope they didn't do this on purpose because they didn't want to tell me they ran out of shrimp and thought I wouldn't care enough when I got home.
DelTaco actually has a better menu than TacoBell, by far. Price AND quality. And is a nice change without the whole regurgitated menu like TacoBell does. There's only so many ways you can mix the order of ingredients inside of an item. DelTaco also sells tostadas!!! And the beans are on point and authentic tasting!! Super YUM! What kind of "taco" business like TacoBell doesn't sell tostadas??? TB seems to struggle with ideas. Chipotle nacho cheese sauce being the absolute worst!! No thanks!! Barf!! Which is why they feel the need to incorporate Doritos and exclusive Mountain Dew sodas just to pull you in there. Kind of a weak and desperate angle, in my opinion. If TacoBell could, they'd trademark the word "taco" and make it their's so others couldnt use it. They're just jerks like that and do not make themselves available for questions or comments. Even the employees are clueless. Which is why I will be returning to DelTaco. Where I can actually afford to feed a family.Thank you, DelTaco. I'll be seeing you soon!!
For the most part, they're on the ball. The staff are pretty cool and friendly. Once in a while, things go wrong, but they always make it right.Follow-up after many tries...they rarely give me my receipts. Not sure what the deal is with that.OK. Update. So tired of getting the wrong orders, girl who takes the orders is rude, barely speaks. I usually have to ask for my receipt, always forgetting straws, etc...often get the wrong receipt, so I am constantly having to check my charges. Getting a little tired of it. And guess what? All my friends and family can pull our business and go elsewhere.Post when your breakfast menu ends. "Breakfast hours" could mean anything.Post your correct hours.
Place ia decent. Good service. Del Taco is good in some foods and horrible in others. Great fries and fish tacos! Horrible crunchy tacos and miserable tasting taco meat. Reminds me of the taco meat in elementary school lunches.
This Del Taco is the best of the 2 in the area. They still offer the cheaper menu items that the Fresno location has raised prices on. I've NEVER had a mistake on any of the food nor an item that didn't make it into the bag.The food quality is consistently great here as well. We come through maybe once or twice a month for the last 2 years. The quality has always remained the same. Kudos to the hands making it!There is a young lady with brown hair who works the drive thru that wears a sparkly mask. She is always so cheerful, thorough with our order accuracy and makes sure nothing is missing. I really appreciate her customer service, it's getting harder and harder to find great service these days. I wish I got her name because she deserves to be recognized for her dedication to us who eat there and the company she works for.
We ordered inside, had a great employee take our order, the bathrooms were super clean, the food was hot & delicious, the drinks were perfect, & it was a fantastic visit. Enjoy!
Always fast which is great! Would go here for work lunch if I didn't bring lunch. Good place.
