Very busy in there But they all work really fast just kind of not friendly ☺️But food is excellent
Consistently terrible service and availability. Last time we went they were out of two of their most common things?!? Who does the buying here? Also, do not order through mobile, the portions given are considerably smaller than when you order in person and you don’t realize it until you get home. This place needs some serious help, we’ve tried to look past it on too many occasions.
I love Chipotle, I eat it once a week at least. I have never had a positive experience at the Clovis, CA location. I've ordered from there many times to see if it was just a bad day but the bad service along with the portion size of my meals have been awful. I'm not one to write a review period but I HAD to say something about this location. Save the frustration and your money.
Not the best Chipotle I’ve ever been to but I’ve been to much worse franchises as well. They struggle with keeping the ingredient bins full and so are frequently out of a particular item at all hours I’ve been there. They also struggle with the interior which doesn’t get bussed frequently enough during peak hours.3/5 If someone wanted to go here I would go with them, but if they wanted something else I wouldn’t mind either.
Restaurant was clean and service was friendly. To-go order wasn’t there at scheduled time so they remade it and were out of meat for one of the dishes. They communicated the wrong dish (said it was kids meal but it was burrito bowl) so the replacement meat was on different dish than expected. Tortilla chips had a stack of about 5 chips stuck together that didn’t cook properly and were inedible. Other than this mistakes, the rest of the meal was good.
Does place was disgusting and dirty. Walked in doors were filthy with fingerprints, food on the floor, trash overflowing, and all tables were dirty and not wiped down.
1st time here but excited to try a new restaurant. The food was fresh, and looked great.. was ! The staff was very helpful, patient and nice with noob suggestions. ??
First time eating at a Chipotle, and it did not disappoint. The one bad thing is they were out of steak. They said it would be 5 or 10 minutes before it was done it was more like 20. I don't mind waiting I just don't like waiting longer than I'm told I need to. In the end, it was worth it. They stuff a lot of food in those bowls! The best part, was the person who waited on us. I wish I could remember her name sorry but she is what customer service is all about.
The team here works very hard & I’m glad they do, especially in times like these.I frequent this Chipotle, and honestly they never steer me wrong. I’ve never had an order made incorrectly, a missing item, nor a poorly-made meal. As far as the quality goes, it’s Chipotle — what do you expect? — but it’s still tasty and comforting!I hope the employees here know what a great job they’re doing! Keep it up ❤️
Consistently messes up orders, cannot understand that food allergies mean the if it is added at all the food cannot be eaten. Waste of time and money.
