This is one of the cleanest chipotle in town! The food at this location seems to be better as well. Some of the other locations can make their vegetables a bit too greasy, such as cedar and shaw. The employees are overall nice and efficient. Additionally, there is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. Their guacamole lately has been a little brown though, probably from making too large of batches at one time. Overall I would recommend this chipotle over most others.
Had early lunch here yesterday. I don't care if your employees don't speak English, but they should at least understand menu items, the difference between black beans and pinto beans at least. So I wound up with a kamikaze burrito after giving up on trying to communicate with words and just started pointing at things with half effectiveness. Now the pollo asado or whatever it's called that I wound up with.... What did I eat? Every 3rd or 4th bite was cartilage I had to split out!!! Then about 20 mins after leaving I got sick. And was sick all day. Throwing up and diarrhea. All day.
Someone should think about actually managing this location. Service isn't great and I can't believe how dirty the dining room has been lately!
I went today to get a salad, and one of the guys that help me to put my order together was very rude! He has his eyebrows cut and he was also rude to another guy that was working there just because he told me they were out of chicken! I asked him what was one of the things on the menu and he said quezo, I didn't understand his pronunciation so I said "excuse what? Sorry I didn't hear you" he repeated again and I couldn't hear so he looked at me in a very rude way and said cheese! I'm pretty sure he assumed I was Mexican because I'm brown but I am not Mexican! So he should have not come to that conclusion based on my skin color. He also lie to me, I asked him if it was spicy and he said no rolling his eyes at me and when I started eating it was very spicy! So disappointed! You need to hire nice people instead that can appreciate the job and not judge people base on their sking color.
Such a hard working staff! My food was great and made to order perfectly & fast! A nice gentleman name Dean helped take my order and was very welcoming

I have never had worse service at a chipotle in my life. Nobody in line and a dozen people waiting for online orders. Took them 20 minutes to make a bowl and the fruity guy with the earrings is lazy and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Try another location
After waiting in line for 30 minutes I'm told that they're only accepting card. I literally just got off at 2 and a half hour road trip and I'm starving. Why is there no signs up stating? Totally irritating so not only do you have to deal with supplies being low you have to deal with them not wanting to accept cash without proper notice. Won't be coming back here
Too many times I find I'm missing items from my order. Having to drive all the way back for a refund of $2 is a waste of time and poor business practice. The chain as a whole has really gone down hill in the last 3-4 years. This holds true for just about every location in our area.
I love this place! From Top to bottom, this place is top-notch. I especially like Sam, the head chef, he’s always helpful and makes the best chicken in the chain! We visit 1 to 3 chipotles per week in the area, and I think the Shaw/Clovis restaurant is the best all around and taste and in staff!
