Great food, but it’s sad the family doesn’t know how to run a business! The daughter Adrianna is literally running it into the ground and ruining their business name. She is completely unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. They NEVER answer their phone, turn off online ordering all of the time and they constantly mess up orders! They take zero responsibility for their mistakes! I also question the quality of their food. One night I went in there right before they were closing and they were putting leftover meat, cilantro, salsa and other condiments in large plastic shoe box containers to store the leftovers overnight. The concerning things is the containers they use to store the food didn’t look clean. Take your business elsewhere because they don’t deserve it!
I used to love Karlita's.. but now they lost me as a customer for many reasons. I order ahead and I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes just to pay for an order that I ordered ahead of time! It's ridiculous!! Their food is over priced and it's not as good as it used to be before they moved. Like I said they lost me for many reasons. To bad because I own my own business and would probably spend about 300 or more weekly at Karlitas.. so it's their loss not mine.
Let me ask you...see pic...would you pay almost $19? Plus I ordered "shrimp" only. They will make it right but kinda bummed. Little bland for my taste buds. Good tacos (meat) but small for price. More bang to your buck to buy it all and cook at home.
Best pollo asado in the area. Skip the trip to Vallarta or make the extra trip here because it's worth it. The carne asada is pretty good, too. The good folks at Karlitas will always treat you well, but the food will treat you better. Grab you a few pounds of either pollo or carne and impress your family and friends at your next cookout.
Great tasting food! Unfortunately, my order is wrong, that's 2 of the last 3 visits. Quality of meat is not as good as before though flavor is still amazing. Hope this place hires some help and gets back to what they once were before.
This has become our families favorite Mexican spot. Whether it’s breakfast burritos, a few tacos for lunch or a dinner plate they have it all and it’s all delicious. The market here also has the best tortillas and snacks. Definitely a must try if you haven’t been.

I had the torta de asada and added cheese & sour cream. It was so delicious and full of flavor! One of the best I've had in a long time. Will definitely be returning!
Big upgrade from their last spot?I like their Micheladas. And if I'm too busy to cook I love to take an order of the large beams and rice. Easy peasy. They also have both cooked and prepared meat by the pound but it's a bit pricey.
