Incompetent workers. I ordered two simple boba drinks and then several people who came in after me had received their orders before mine. I then grew impatient and asked the status on my order and the woman said \\\"oh I gave your order to someone else.\\\" Like really how does that even happen? I just asked for a refund and they insisted that they would refund me as well as making my order again but I had wasted enough to time so I just got my refund and left. Never returning. Dumb workers all due respect.
Best Boba place in town! Their other location is the only place that can compare!! The staff is awesome and the prices let my son go daily to get his favorite drink. Even when we went in 10 minutes till closing on a Saturday night and not only were they super nice and not irritated at all they gave us extra cookies!!! The only thing I wish they maybe had was a monthly one drink a day membership type of thing I could get for my son but I'm very grateful for their reasonable prices regardless!! ??
I enjoyed everything about my experience. The vibes, the drinks, the customer service. Nellie was such a sweet girl and very helpful in every way she could. She needs to be noticed for her kindness and hard work!!
Angie and Nellie were very helpful in assisting me with finding the best option for me. The MANGO-RITA is absolutely fantastic. I totally recommend this place. Make sure and ask for Angie or Nellie!!
I go here almost every day for my favorite drinks, ive been to quite a few boba spots but this one is always going to be my first choice for sure. Shout out to Angie, my cashier this time, she was really nice during my visit and even hooked me up with a few extra macaroons ? (which are delicious)
Staff was so kind and patient with me in choosing a drink. They gave me a yummy mystery drink. Their service was prompt, professional, and kind. Specifically, Sunny, Carli, and Nellie. Thank you Bobba 2.0. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered Boba drinks for the office, when drinks were delivered none of the drinks had Boba. Our door dash receipt had a note that stated "we are currently making our first batch of boba. I'm sorry about that, we threw in macarons". We ordered 8 drinks and none of them came with boba and they sent us 3 macarons to make up that none of the drinks were made correctly.I called Boba Pub 2.0 and the guy said sorry, it takes 30 mins to heat up the water and 1 hour to make the boba. I come in at 10am and and the boba is not made in time. I told him, we ordered our drinks at 2pm and this is the excuse you give me that you come in at 10am and it takes an hour and half to make the boba.Will NEVER order from this place again and will NOT recommend them to anyone! I can understand if you run out but you should have called me to cancel our order instead of sending us 3 macarons so each person in the office can take of bite. Worse excuse...
