I ordered my food waited and they called 2 other people after me. After waiting a long time I kindly asked the guy if my food was next and with an attitude said it wasn’t ready yet. After 5 more minutes asked the gal that took my order come to find out they never made it! Awful customer service, I miss the old place.
First time there, I think the joint was jumpin. 50s themed, clean and a decent menu. The burger I had was really good, it was a pastrami burger. Seasoned very well and cooked to perfection. What I really enjoyed was their banana split. It had all the right toppings including pineapple! I can't say enough about this place and how good it is. You absolutely have to try it for yourself.
I was so bummed when fat jack's closed but not anymore! Bob's Good Burger is amazing! Everything comes out melting hot and delicious! I'm so happy. They do an amazing job.
I got the double combo and it was so small and was cold. fries had no flavor but atleast they were hot this meal was 9.00. what a waste of time today money. save yourself and don't eat here.
This place is nothing like its predecessor. The old business that used to be at this location "fat Jack's" is definitely Superior.The variety on the menu is huge, everything from Philly cheese steaks, chicken sandwiches and shrimp baskets.Definitely a decent quick bite, but nothing I was excited about.
This place was delicious!Had a bacon jalapeño avocado burger combo! The sauce on the burger was mouth watering good!Bacon was cooked good (past places I've been to undercooked theirs).The fries were good. The perfect amount of seasoning on the.The STAFF though!!! ?........Kidding!They were all friendly, happy and gave fast service.I will most definitely go back and eat again!
This place is amazing! Food is ALWAYS correct when I receive my order! Very friendly employees also! I had an incident where my Uber eats driver took part of my order, when I called good burger and explained the situation they were very quick to resolve and provide me with when I was missing, knowing the Uber driver took the food! I will continue to order from here, And suggest, if anybody is in the mood for a Delicious burger to go here! Honestly everything on their menu is absolutely delicious so you can’t go wrong! Thanks for the great work guys!! ❤️
Formerly Fat Jack's, inside atmosphere is the same design. Parking is the same, price of food vary according to the type of food ordered. Fast and Friendly customer service. Great tasting food and won't disappoint you
Decent prices.The burgers my husband (bacon avacado) and I (double bacon) had was amazing! Loved the onion rings and Boston shakes! Fries a tad on the salty side but crispy and the ice cone tasted like cardboard but was fresh ha ha ha. Will definitely go back
Meh. Nothing special. Burgers were dry and all you could taste was the bun. Hubby ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got a single. The fries were tasty. The atmosphere is 100% exactly what it was when it was called Fat Jacks. But that’s the only similarity. If only they had the amazing burgers Jacks had! We will try again, only because it’s unfair to not give them one more chance, but this visit wasn’t what we’d hoped. The first clue should have been an empty 50’a burger joint on a Saturday night (6:30).
