Always enjoy our meal at this restaurant and appreciated that in the midst of the pandemic they provided curbside and lived up to there standards on a consistent basis. Today we were there to celebrate our sons 8th grade promotion. My son wanted his 100 cheese sticks as he says ?, as he the classic combo. I tried something new on the menu, quesadilla burger, which was very tasty. My wife had the oriental chicken salad, which was very fresh and crisp. Grandma had the bourbon shrimp and chicken with mash potatoes and grandpa had the chicken alfredo; they enjoyed there meals and left happy and satisfied. Our server was on his A game as well, as our drinks never hit rock bottom ? and he was very attentive to anything we might like.
Great service! Was well greeted by their front host.. really nice sweet friendly young lady Delilah I believe her name was. Our server was great.Amy was her name. Food was great everything was great! Will be coming again for sure!
My husband and I had lunch this afternoon and the service was good. My hamburger tasted like it had too much butter on the bun so I ended up not eating the bun. My husband did enjoy his Chinese Chicken Salad. But the breadsrick that came with it looked old and was very oily. Im glad I paid with a gift card I got for Christmas. Applebee's isn't a restaurant I crave to go to.
Wait time here is an hour to an hour fifteen minutes. For the watered down drinks, decent food and gloomy atmosphere from the low lighting we’re making it a Dennys night out. Counting that there was 13 open tables available made the experience even worse after hearing others experience after eating and trying to leave was worse than our experience tonight.
Went for a early dinner. Waited 40 minutes for a burger and prime rib dip. My burger was good but had cold french fries. The prime rib was cold and the cheese was not melted on the sandwich. Cold french fries also. The waitress offered to talk to the manager for a discount. She came back and said sorry, it wasn’t much. She was right, $1.38. 10% off his meal. Could of sent it back, but didn’t want to wait another 40 minutes. Asked to talk to the manager, waited 5 minutes. Saw the waitress look at out table then go into the back. Waited 5 more minutes. The manager never came. Coward. Will never go back
My family and I was never seated or greeted by anyone. We sat 10 minutes watched 2 managers and one server pass by us without 1 acknowledgement. It would have been more understanding had it been busy. And I was more disappointed because I have been to this location many times and never endured this type of treatment
This place has really stepped it up. Went with my family the other night and the food was very good. There were six of us and everyone loved their entrees. Great service too. We were all impressed. I will definately be back.
Very outstanding our waiter was fantastic she got the crew out to sing happy birthday toy best friend Roberta appetizers were delicious and Bahama momas we're so good we all had a great time Thank you all for making our night special very much appreciated!

Worst service ever! I went in for happy hour, unfortunately my night was not so happy! The Michelada that I ordered was filled with ice to the top of the cup, when I complained to the bartender, she had an attitude and said that was the recipe. The service was slow, they didn’t bring any silverware or napkins to the table. When I was received the napkins after I requested them, they gave us a total of 3 whole paper napkins with no silverware. They didn’t even offer plates until we asked for it. And to top it off, they miss charged me on the bill. I was charged for an extra margarita, an extra beer with Clamato juice. What place charges you for the Clamato juice in the Michelada! The service is a joke here! I would give this place zero stars if I could. I haven’t been back to this place in 7 years which I loved going to before I moved and thought that I’d give it a shot! Sorry but you would have more customers here if they didn’t give horrible service! This happen on 12-7-21 after 9pm! Please check your cameras and staff and see for yourself. Whoever is the manager of this location please take this feedback into consideration and fix your broken restaurant!
