Ordered the chicken teriyaki rice bowls, the most underwhelming meal I’ve had. I felt like I was eating a school lunch meal. Steamed Vegetables had an odd flavor with no seasoning. Won’t come back to Waba Grill
Really slow service..almost 30 minutes not a really huge order
We ordered a family meal which seems to be a new addition to their menu. I was surprised at how little food they put into the containers. It’s supposed to serve four people. The rice containers were full only half way. Why give these size containers when neither is full. The meat container was half way full as well and we got up charged because we did half and half. The only one that was actually full was the veggie container. I don’t think this feeds 4 adults. We’ve ordered the family meal at Flame Broiler and we’ve been able to feed six people with that one. We keep going back to WabaGrill because the flavor is better but this was a huge disappointment.
I go to this Waba Grill frequently, and have never had a problem. This last time I went, the guy working the register was so rude, and to make matters worse, he didn’t wash his hands or put gloves on after touching the register, and cut my avocado, putting his dirty hands all over it. When my boyfriend asked, “they don’t make you wear gloves while cutting avocado?”, he just said, “yup”, and tossed our food on the counter while his back was turned to us. I will no longer be going back to this location.
Careful ordering veggies at this location. They regularly forget to put them in your order. Check your order right after because they don’t do a good job of actually making sure you get what you ordered it seems. Happened like 3 out of my last 5 visits. Which is bordering on negligence.

Don't go here during peak lunch hours. Staff has difficulty keeping track of orders. I watched 6 people come in after I ordered and all get their order before mine. When I asked if my order was forgotten I was told it's because I ordered dumplings even though I heard others after me order dumplings and get their food and leave before me. Lunch time is a busy time but don't give me BS excuses when I see you remove dumplings from my order to give to someone else that ordered after me.
Hire new employees who can understand the difference between chicken and salmon. I Waited 15 minutes just for them to get my order wrong.(there was no one else there) Ended up requesting a refund and went to a different waba after returning the food.
