I started working in this area a month ago. I've had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Yesterday, was the topper. Understanding that operational things happen, their espresso machine went down. No notice until you actually got to the intercom to order. I was stuck in a long line for a drink, I wasn't content with. Tried calling the store this morning to confirm if their machine was up and working. No answer. Won't waste my time and money at this location again.
Asked for a surprise drink and I got the best one so far ? thanks for making this! As always very friendly and very fast service.
Ordered from Postmates and had asked for no nuts or fruit for my oatmeal. I had asked for two brown sugars for each one. Got my order and received two bags of nuts, one bag of fruit and no brown sugar! My kids won't eat it without the brown sugar. They were both thrown away. I would rather it take longer to get my order right than get it quickly and its wrong

I always enjoy Starbucks the people are courteous and pleasant rarely they make a mistakes on your order if that happened you fully reimburse and you keep what you got ? HAPPY THANKSGIVING ? STARBUCKS

Ordered a venti chai tea latte after waiting 25 minutes in line. They used tea bags which are not required for this drink and it tasted horrible. I had it remade at another location and the baritista there informed me that tea bags are not used for this drink. Only reason it's not 1 star is my wife's drink was perfect.
Starbucks on Indian Hill has the best customer service abs always get my orders correct!
