Great service, the baristas are wonderful ?
Starbucks is always a good place for coffee and snacks.The area with the outdoor tables usually needs attention. Better to sit inside if you are not talking your order to go.
They’re either swamped or just lack of management in general? Not sure but during our visit, the tables hadn’t been wiped for a while and trashes and used cups were everywhere. It might had been a real busy night. But when we got our latte, I noticed oil bubbles just floating in the latte. I never seen it in latte from anywhere, and it also tasted really greasy. The grease coat on my tongue lasted even after stopped drinking it. I cannot understand how that’s possible! My guess is they might have added half and half or something to our latte for whatever reason? Anyhow. I’m not going back to this location. It needs better maintenance.
7:40-8:45am is the biggest slowdown. Expect to wait, or order mobile and skip the line. Staff are kind and engaging.
The barista named Kelly here was an absolute sweetheart and I feel bad not being able to tip her on either card or cash anywhere. I hope Kelly and the other baristas in this location (and many other locations as well) get their well deserved tips!!!
I always get a carmal frap with a affogato add shot and the barista who claims to be the manager stated that it was a hazard to put shot on top of the whip and that it goes under the whip and wanted to train her barista the correct way plus it is harder for them to do. Now I had previously worked for Starbucks for 3 years. 2nd top store in Pomona. My manager Jessica trained us that it goes on top of the whip. Never heard of it being a hazard because of the lid. Never ever have I had any other Starbucks tell this regarding the way I wanted my shot. I also called the first top Starbucks in Pomona and never heard about the hazard regarding affogato shot on top of the whip all though sometimes baristas put it under the whip. But she has been trained to put on top of whip never heard of it being a hazard because of lid. Note all I wanted was shot on top of whip. Here is a pic from internet of affogato shot on top of whip.
The staff are all super friendly--on more than one occasion they've let me use the bathroom or given me a cup of water without asking me to buy anything. Plus it's just a nice environment to work, with a nice patio out front.
The employees smoke too much pot can't even remember a simple house coffee
It's busy place on a Sunday morning, but there very efficient.
