The ramen I got from here was very flavorful and the portions are great. I would recommend Pongs to everyone.
Got the vegetable ramen. No flavor at all. I’ve had much better ramen for the same price or less. My friend got the crispy chicken ramen, same thing, no flavor. Not good ramen. Can’t eat inside. Customer service is alright.
Fantastic ramen in a small spot. It's to go orders only but you can sit outside. The owner super nice came out told us about his other restaurants in downtown Claremont. Which it turns out we've also eaten there. And no surprise that's excellent as well. Check out House of pong in Claremont.
DELICIOUS!! Talk about a great find in the IE for a Los Angeles ex-pat. Might be my favorite ramen to date. Portions were generous and the crispy pork was unbelievably flavorful. They have one of the best “to-go” systems out there…Spicy broth below and a separate tray with all the noodles and toppings ready to mix in. Very convenient and we would highly recommend you give Pong’s a shot.
The absolute best ramen I have had in a long time. Hands down, so delicious! I ordered take-out, and cannot wait to order more next time. Tonight I ordered the spicy pork chashu ramen and egg rolls. I will definitely order within the next week! Highly recommend!!! I am so glad I tried this spot for the first time. Go support!
Ramen here was top notch fast service and friendly they said this one was closing but the have another in claremont village will likely be hitting them up soon

When you pay $14 for a burger you would think they would take s little more care when they put it together. It looks like it was just slapped together in 10 seconds! There wasn't anyone in the restaurant so they just had online orders but I gave the guy who worked there my boyfriends name and he was like "no order under that name, I'll give you a few minutes to figure it out." I could've just said my name and that would have solved it. Then we he brought my food out he just put it down and walked away. I was like 'ok'. No goodbye it was confusing. The hamburger was beyond delicious, the meat patty is the reason I Iove this place, and the side order was good, but the service is always weird.
This is a hidden gem. Nice chill atmosphere. Love the food and drinks. Definitely would go again ?
It’s average. Good not great. Decent burger and ramen but was lacking that something extra to make it great.
