Nice place. Friendly staff. We stopped in for the Honolulu Hot Chicken Sandwich. Wish I could say it was great. It was just ok. Just didn't have any flavor. The pickled veggies were bland and the sandwiches were very greasy. Had a little heat and a little sweetness. Loved the Hawaiian pretzel bun. The sandwiches were also small. They have GREAT HOTDOGS here, however for a spicy chicken sandwich I'll stick with Popeye's for flavor and value .
Had some great food and drinks with the family here. They are a bit more expensive than your average burger and hot dog but their special take on these staples makes it worthwhile. The kids loved their tenders and corn dogs and I didn't waste any time eating my burger. They have so many beers to choose from and I will definitely be back to try more of each menu.
Prices are reasonable and food is good. Definitely family friendly. There is a kids menu. I don't know about making this a place I visit often but if you're like me and stuck in a cycle of the same restaurants over and over, give this place a try you'll like it. It's a nice change of atmosphere for going out to eat with family or friends. They have a bar! Outside dining is great on nice days!
I have always loved a 100% beef corn dog but for some reason people like to start with chicken franks which is a nonstarter. Not the Dog Haus, they start with a really nice beef dog and then coat it with their own coating mix. When they first opened the batter had a peculiar after taste so I stopped buying them but since I started going back after Covid the batter is better. The onion rings are great and the rotating taps have had a great selection of dark beers which makes me a happy chappie. My most sincere comment is, if you expect me to leave a tip, clean the tables so you don't stick to them when you put your arms down.
This was the wurst experience ever!! Haha, lol. The employees I met here were all nice and one even asked if I wanted some water while I was waiting on my take out order. The atmosphere was very relaxed and they have different TV screens showing different programs. I ordered the Cowboy dog and Cheeseburger Slider. Both were good but I highly recommend the slider! ?
The sausage dog was good but the fries on the other hand are always like this. Also, the food was cold.
Absolutely no service other than when they bring you your food. But they ask for a tip before you figure out that service is non existence
Friendly servers, good food, nice selection of beers! We had the love boat, Downtown Dog and the Oldtown. No complaints whatsoever. It was packed enough where you know it’s good but we still got a decent seat.
Highly reccomend sitting in Brenda's section. She does it all for the love of her job and is fine with not getting tipped. In fact she is cool with you collecting the cash off her tables when you leave.My review is fake but seeing the response to a very valid criticism i wouldn't want to eat here. Management can eat my toenail.
Update:Brenda reported me for my honest review.If you support workers who tip bait other workers this is the place for you. Ms Brenda should be ashamed of herself. Not only is she not a polite person she is a cheat and a liar. Shame someone provided great service and instead of a thanks for hot coffee 10miles away she instead lies and says she didn't get her order and instead of the "$8" tip she promised the app she gave "$1" lol. Karma is a bad thing enjoy.
