Stopped by and ordered a burrito bowl like I used to a few years back (I had stopped eating at Chipotle because I once sat down and before starting to eat a huge black insect crawled out of my food. Didn't make a scene and let the manager know calmly what happened. She gave me a gift card for less than my meal cost. Decided I was done with this place but its been years so I decided to try again).When I said "burrito bowl" the young lady looked at me and said "you want a burrito or a bowl??" I said "a burrito bowl please". She shot me a dirty look and said "its a bowl or a burrito" so I asked "aren't they called burrito bowls?" Which they very much were but I guess I'm old and that's no longer the case. She let me know promptly that wasn't true with an attitude.I get if calling it that was a little confusing but there was no need to push the subject or give me attitude over it. Plus they didn't put the guacamole I ordered in my bag which of course I didn't notice until I got home.Once again done with Chipotle.
Ohhh man where do I beging!! Walked up and 7 workers just standing still on there phone. Finally got someone to attend me , but still had to wait because he needed some sort of card from another co worker. Got home and gave my wife her food, she had said the steak was horrible and had no flavor. Avoid this place and get yourself some Chinese food next door.. woooooo!!!
CHIPOTLE'S NEW CHICKEN IS TRASH! Messed up my whole burrito. Its the only thing I get. STOP TRYNA FIX THINGS THAT ARENT BROKEN!
Friendly staff, until they mess up on your order. I called to let them know I was short on an item, first she said no we got everything and I told her exactly what had happened, she pretended to have a bad connection. Putting me on hold and then picking up the phone to pretend she couldn't hear me. Called back and they didn't answer. Very unprofessional. I have placed a complained with corporate as well. Just avoid this place.
overpriced compared to previous locations i have been to in other states and low quality meat
Some pieces of vinyl were in my veggies of taco. If a manager or owner of this branch is reading my post, you should check all veggies right now and double check the process of prep veggies. I took pictures and have the pieces. I am afraid if my child swallowed some pieces or not. I am a regular online order customer as you can find my order history through your system. Today order was made around 2:30 pm. and picked up around 2:50 pm. It is a really thin vinyl, so if I had kept chewing, I might swallow it thinking it was a tough part of veggies. I guess the vinyl may be a part of a bag of veggies. Maybe your staff rip it off not enough cleanly. I hope this issue won't happen again ? since your branch is the nearest Chipotle from my home and we really like your food.
the staff is good and fast but the guy with the big nose and glasses serves highly poor portions of food. the price for the little bit of food is not right.. not everyone is on his diet
Horrible food, horrible service!! Hadn't been here in a while now I remember why... Should've just went to the Chinese food restaurant next door... $12 for the smallest burrito with mainly beans and tortilla... Hate throwing away money, please save your money or try another location idk oh and honestly felt like they were rushing me out .. hated the experience
Consistent with their quality and portions go here for lunch at least once a week and it's always a quick pick up threw the app. Parking can occasionally be a little full to find one up front.
The customer service is terrible, they aren’t friendly at all and there rudeness makes me feel uncomfortable coming.
