Food is delicious. Recommend spending the extra $ on high rise option for a thicker crust. Location was undergoing indoor construction at the time. The two employees that helped us spoke very little by choice. No greeting, stared and waited for us to give our order, a question only to help them move along, gave our total without suggesting anything else, asked for Ranch and they accomodated, but again withiut comment. Didnt e en talk to each other. Weird, but whatever. Food was still yummy.
Standard Blaze pizza, however upon this visit the trash overflowed onto a table and remained so for over 30 minutes, also there were 0 napkins to be found. No oregano, chili, or parmesan cheese to be found either. Both blood orange lemonades ran out during visit and were never refilled. (There were likely 5 glasses left, I got the last of it during my 40 minute visit.) Asian girl that assisted me was working hard, Hispanic guy working the oven was doing his job, but that only, giving strong indifferent vibes. I eventually saw 3 more people appear, possibly even a supervisor, think lunches were scheduled possibly. Food was as expected, restrooms were okay, but I hope whomever is running this location keeps an eye on how Sunday evening operations go.I don't recommend this location as your experience may not go as it should. To management, this is all my feedback, do with it what you shall, no further feedback will be given.Parking can be an issue, location can get busy at times. Lots of seating. Entrance, counter, restrooms and seating are accessible.
Wow this is the biggest blaze pizza i ever been to. The ambience is fabulous its all glass window all around , beautiful view , lot of tree , clean street safe upper area with tons of restaurent surrounding . Its spacious and felt really nice and luxurious inside . Pizza was good bake to perfection they arent tight on the portions either . Nice natural outdoor light coming in . The place is peaceful and relaxing . Wish all blaze pizza store looked like this . There is even a game in the middle . If anything employee could be a little more welcoming and friendly . Other than that this place is PERFECTION. All employee wore mask . Thank you ! Very sanitary . I felt safe even during covid .
Manager Matthew is great. Excellent food and customer service
Pizza was great but the service on multiple staffs wasn’t good. I asked for plates and he straight out said wait a minute and left me there standing. First time to blaze pizza I did not know they don’t serve plates. Be aware. The guy putting the pizza on the oven was rude.
I love this location, so much so that I go out of my way to keep coming here. I’ve been coming to this location for years I think since they opened it up and the quality has NEVER suffered in any way. Absolutely Consistent. Every time. Every single associate is so kind and they do a great job. They work amazingly well under pressure and always keep their composure. I absolutely love this Blaze Pizza. The best location. Hands down.
I didn't not ask for artichokes on my pizza. One of my pizzas didn't have pepperoni like I asked but my other pizza did. When I got there they said my order wasn't ready. I waited then I asked again. My order was on the waiting rack the whole time. The Blaze Pizza in Rancho Cucamonga is great. I don't know what's going on with this one.
Pizza was great because it's what you make it out to be. The employees were helpful.
I ordered my pizzas using the Blaze app no issues using it. The pick-up was at point. I got there as soon as my order was getting out of the oven. The Claremont establishment has great customer service.
This place is amazing. Me and my friends have been coming to this location every Tuesday night to hangout and enjoy the delicious pizza.
