Had the Sicily Marble Cone this weekend and I just can’t stop thinking how good it was. Thinking of going back this weekend even if it’s a long drive for me ? my kids loved it too. The young lady that helped us was super friendly.
The staff are pretty nice most of the time. Sometimes they ignore you for a min. I'm a customer who most likely has questions so I like to be greeted initially so I know their name, or that they at least acknowledge me there. I purchased a caramel apple. I appreciate them cutting it for me but they didn't have any forks. so it was messy. I was walking a dog so decided I'd like to finish the apple later and they charged me for a box.
Their customer service is great. They are very friendly and polite. The wait is too long and the floor was sticky and it looked a little dirty to me. Other than that their ice cream was scrumptious ?
I love a local ice cream shop and this one hits the spot. They had the classic flavors and some unique ones (abba zabba, chocolate banana). Prices are decent but the scoop was a little small (probably to my benefit). They are still not sampling which is a huge bummer.
I came here on a Sunday around 4:00pm and the place wasn’t super packed. I was able to get a junior scoop with cookies and coffee ice cream and it was delicious. The lady that helped us was super nice and explained how many scoops we got with each size cup. We also got a table outside where we sat and enjoyed our ice cream and people watched. Will definitely be back to try the other flavors! Thank you!
The choices here aren't huge, but what they lack in quantity, they make up in quality. I had a chocolate almond cone that had more nuts in it than I've ever seen in an ice cream! Yummy ice cream, reasonably priced (for Claremont) that made for a great break while we toured the Claremont Village.
Nothing more Claremont village than this place. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and they always have the greatest flavors. If you don’t like it, you just haven’t found your flavor. My absolute favorite is the grasshopper. They’re constantly changing their flavors so it may be difficult for you to always get the same one, but that’s part of the fun of it I’d say.
Delightful selection of flavors; I was quite happy with my coffee ice cream with an enormous number of chocolate chunks in it. I just took out the ice cream and left, but I think there was a bit of seating indoors and out.
Cute local spot that sells bake goods and ice cream. Ice cream was average, nothing out of the ordinary. Customer service was good. Don’t know if I’d come back again.
