Sean went out of his way to customize an order through an Uber order. It was so helpful and almost to closing, he went far and beyond!

Jonah managed to help me find the perfect cake while helping another cake-seeking customer AND managing a rude customer (who was having some kind of meltdown about a spot of chocolate on the counter). He handled her concern with grace and professionalism and was incredibly friendly. Great service!
I visited this location on 9/06/2020I've been coming into this store for years, and I have never had a problem until my last visit. Upon walking in I was rudely greeted by a young man, who wasn't even in uniform I might add! I thought nothing of it maybe it was a fluke. All the other boys and girls here are super polite and friendly. After the initial shock of rudeness I get asked "what do you want" in a monotone voice. I simply ask for a large shake I am just trying to be on my way at this point. He proceeded to spend around 10 minutes making my shake it kept coming out short. He was taking his sweet time. As if he had no care in the world. To top it off he got my flavor wrong!! I decided it would be more of a waste to correct him so I just had to deal with it. Super disappointing! I called to speak with the manager the next morning but they never returned my call. I will NOT be coming back to this location!!
Just came in today for a few scoops. The girl was very sweet and polite but the boy was extremely rude and unprofessional.
